Niels selected a dual role for me at their Wedding, combining Option A (Support): &#8220;Support &#038; Backline for my hired Dj\/Artist&#8221; and Option B (Management): &#8220;Full Management of your curated Playlists&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>For the first day, Friday, June 19th, 2026, as Guests arrived at Agriturismo San Galgano, I managed the Custom Soundscape for the Welcome Pizza Party using our dedicated Playlist: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tidal.com\/playlist\/49f22fce-2c42-40bf-99bb-61e5c85cd6db\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"tidal.com\">Welcome Day ~ Pizza Party ~ V\u00e9ronique &#038; Niels<\/a><\/strong>. I positioned my control Booth right at the center of the wooden platform designed for the next day&#8217;s Dance Floor, directly adjacent to the U-shaped Guest seating layout.<\/p>\n<p>The following day, The Wedding Day, I reinforced the previous day&#8217;s Audio Setup to deliver optimized Sound distribution for both the Dinner and, most importantly, the High-Energy Dance Floor. The Wireless Microphone Systems were fully prepped and Live for the First Speeches at 06:15 PM, which kicked off in the Aperitif Zone and continued seamlessly into Dinner.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the Wedding Dinner Service, I curated the background Audio transition with the Playlist <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tidal.com\/playlist\/d4ce5596-30f9-46e8-8d78-f3a6e4ed48b3\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"tidal.com\">Wedding Day &#8211; Dinner &#8211; V\u00e9ronique &#038; Niels<\/a><\/strong>, ensuring a continuous musical ambiance during the breaks of the traditional Tuscan folk trio who performed for the Aperitif and Dinner. The background Soundtrack alternated flawlessly with the Evening&#8217;s Speeches.<\/p>\n<p>After Dinner, a spectacular surprise awaited the Guests: a breathtaking Fireworks display set against the iconic backdrop of the Abbey of San Galgano, immediately followed by the Cake Cutting.<\/p>\n<p>Dj Bas took full control of the Dance Floor beats, keeping the energy and rhythm alive until 02:00 AM. The grand finale concluded with the last track, accompanied by a roaring crowd chant to salute and thank Dj Bas, a well-deserved reward for a stellar performance.<\/p>\n<p>A special mention goes to Arthur from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/siitalia.nl\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"siitalia.nl\">Si Italia<\/a><\/strong>, the Dutch Wedding Planner who coordinated everything with absolute precision, warmth, and grace, from our very first email exchange on December 31st, 2025, right down to the final goodbyes after the Dance Floor closed at 02:00 AM. On the left, my technical command table is cleanly organized, housing the Flyht Pro Rack 4U with the Furman M-10X E power conditioner, the Shure BLX24 Wireless System, and the RCF F 10XR Mixing Console, right next to the Main Lighting matrix featuring BeamZ Magic1 Effects and MHL36 Moving Heads.
