Enjoy a complete and quality audio solution with a “Turnkey” service for your successful private or sporting Event in Umbria and Tuscany for only € 350.00 VAT included. The Audio plus package provides professional equipment and our Audio Technician will handle: delivery, setup and configuration, technical support during the entire Event, dismantling, and pickup. Concentrate on making your Event a success, we’ll handle the sound!

Included Services Our Audio Technician will take care of: **delivery, installation and configuration, support throughout the Event, dismantling, **collection/pickup.
Not Included For multi-day events, meals and accommodation are the responsibility of the Client.
*The Security deposit will be returned to the Client within 5 working days from the end of the rental period, subject to verification of the equipment’s condition.
**Please note Delivery and collection/pickup are included in Umbria and Tuscany. For all other locations, an additional cost of € 0.25/km will be applied (calculated for both the outward and return journey).

Our Audio Technician remains available for the entire duration of the event, monitoring the system and intervening immediately if necessary. This way, you can focus on the event without worrying about the technical aspects.
04. Dismantling and collection
At the end of the Event, our Audio Technician will take care of dismantling and collecting the equipment, ensuring speed and efficiency to leave you worry-free.
