Choosing the Audio essential package on mauro.rent means getting much more than just a set of equipment. We’ve designed our services to provide you with a seamless and stress-free experience, with our experienced Audio Technician ensuring everything runs smoothly through the following steps:
- *Delivery: we’ll bring the equipment directly to your Event location.
- Installation and setup: our technician will handle the complete setup of the audio system, ensuring optimal performance.
- Support throughout the Event: you’ll have peace of mind knowing our technician is available to provide support and address any technical needs during your Event.
- Dismantling: once your Event concludes, our technician will take care of the complete dismantling of the audio system.
- *Pickup: we’ll handle the collection of all the equipment from your location.
*N.B. Delivery and collection are included in the Provinces of Perugia and Terni, in Umbria, and in the Provinces of Arezzo, Siena, and Florence, in Tuscany. For all other locations, an additional cost of €0.25/km will be applied (calculated for both the outbound and return journeys). Back to Menu

5. Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
Make your payment via bank transfer, a secure and traceable method. Bank details will be provided during the booking process.
Credit or Debit Card
We accept major credit and debit cards for fast and secure online payments. Your transaction is protected by the highest security standards.
Cash Payment
For rentals up to €305.00, we offer the option to pay in cash directly to our Audio Technician on the day of the rental, before the audio system setup, at the same time as the security deposit payment. This option is ideal for those who prefer direct payment. Back to Menu
6. **Security Deposit € 152.50
The Security Deposit must be paid separately from the Rental order. To ensure proper management of the Deposit, it is necessary to place two (2) separate online orders:
- Rental Order: Select the desired rental option (daily, weekend, weekly) and proceed with the order.
- Security Deposit Order: Add the “Security Deposit” product corresponding to the chosen rental option to the cart and complete the order.
The Security Deposit will be returned to the Customer within 5 business days from the end of the rental period, after verifying the condition of the equipment. In case of damage to the equipment or missing parts, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. Any exceeding costs will be invoiced separately to the Customer.
