- Delivery & Collection: Professional Service (3 hours pre/post Event).

- Dedicated Technical & Musical Support: Real-time assistance during your Ceremony, guaranteeing a flawless Sound flow.

3. Add-ons: Live Music Accessories
If you are planning to feature Solo Artists or Small Acoustic ensembles (e.g., Cellist, Harpist, Pianist, Violinist) during your Ceremony or Welcome Drink, we can easily integrate the necessary amplification into your Package.
Consultation required: to guarantee the flawless sound quality your Artists deserve, the exact required Professional components (such as Condenser Microphones and Stands) are added to your Quote after a quick consultation with our Customer Service team.
Why consult us? This ensures the correct, discreet amplification is selected, perfectly tuned for your venue and instrument.
Please, Note: This Service provides Amplification and Sound adjustment, managed by Mauro. It does not include dedicated monitoring or multi-channel FOH engineering required for Full Bands. Back to Menu
4. Logistics & Travel Policy
Delivery & Collection are included across all 20 Italian Regions. We offer a Professional Turnkey Service that covers Transport, Installation, and Collection by Mauro (your dedicated Audio technician).
- Logistics Fee Applies (Below € 2,500.00): A Flat Logistics Rate (€ 150.00 to € 350.00 R/T) will be applied at checkout based on your Event Region. Please, read: What is mauro.rent’s Delivery and Collection (Logistics) Policy in Italy?
- How to get Free Logistics: Achieve Nationwide Free Logistics by securing the All-inclusive Audio Solutions.
- Technician Room & Board Policy (Standard): For orders below € 2,500.00, the required Room & Board for Mauro, your dedicated On-site Audio Technician, if requested, for the duration of the Event is to be arranged and covered by the Client.
- All-inclusive Guarantee (Above € 2,500.00): booking the All-inclusive Audio Solutions you automatically unlock the All-inclusive Guarantee, which includes: Multi-day included, On-site Audio Technician included, Free Nationwide Logistics, Room & Board for Mauro included. Back to Menu
5. Technical Support Duration
The prices indicated for the Ceremony Package include Mauro’s Technical and Musical Support (Audio Direction) for a maximum of 2 consecutive hours during the Event (following setup).
Need support beyond 2 hours?
- For the Aperitivo and Dinner (up to 5 hours): Please, consult the Dinner & Welcome Drink Audio Package.

6. Payment Methods
The entire Rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid no later than 14 working days before the Event Date.
Secure your reservation today: proceed easily and safely by selecting Bank Transfer as your Payment Method at Checkout. No security deposit is required.
- Bank Transfer: Make the payment via Bank Transfer, a secure and traceable method. Banking details will be provided during the Booking process.
