My journey in the World of High-Profile Entertainment didn’t start behind a desk, but on the International Stages of Club Med. From 1998 to 2008, I evolved from a Sports specialist to Chef d’Animation, leading diverse Teams of Sound Engineers, Lighting Designers, Decorators, and Djs across the globe. Managing International Artists and large-scale Weekly Productions taught me one non-negotiable lesson: The Show must go on, and it must be flawless.

In 2009, I transitioned this expertise into the high-pressure world of Professional Sports, serving as an Official Speaker and Technical Coordinator for Elite Cycling and Running Events across Italy. In 2024, I brought this lifetime of entertainment DNA into the Destination Wedding industry. mauro.rent (founded in early 2025) is the culmination of 25 years of managing people, technology, and emotions. When you book me, you aren’t just renting Speakers; you are securing a Professional who has managed the technical integrity of thousands of performances.

I believe in continuous evolution. In March 2026, I specialized at the RCF Academy in Reggio Emilia (RE), completing the advanced course: Configuration and Optimization of Audio Systems for DJs under the guidance of Lucio Boiardi Serri. This ensures that every RCF System I deploy is tuned to its maximum potential.
