Ideal for complex Events requiring two distinct sound atmospheres. Provides two separate installations for Welcome Drink and Dinner, offering superior distributed coverage.

3. Logistics & Travel Policy

Delivery & Collection are included across all 20 Italian Regions. We offer a professional turnkey service that covers transport, installation, and collection by Mauro (your dedicated Audio technician).

  • How to get Free Logistics: Achieve Nationwide Free Logistics by securing the All-inclusive Audio Solutions.
  • Technician Room & Board Policy (Standard): For orders below € 2,500.00, the required Room & Board for Mauro, your dedicated On-site Audio Technician, if requested, for the duration of the Event is to be arranged and covered by the Client.

4. Technical Support Duration

The prices indicated for the Dinner package include Mauro’s technical and musical support (Audio Direction) for a maximum of 5 consecutive hours during the Event (following setup).

5. Payment Methods

The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid no later than 14 working days before the Event date.

You focus on your Wedding; we ensure flawless sound.

03. Is the Wedding Audio Fixed Price (€ 1.060/Event) a truly Fixed Price?

Yes, it is a Fixed Price Per Event, not per day. Since this package meets the minimum threshold (€ 1.000), it automatically includes Free Nationwide Logistics, and Free Room & Board for Mauro, the On-site Audio Technician. Mauro will arrange his own accommodation independently, completely relieving you of any organizational burden.

04. What does the Fixed Price (€ 1,060/Event) cover in terms of zones?

The Fixed Price (€ 1,060/Event) is designed to cover the core technical needs of all key moments across up to 3 consecutive days of your Wedding (e.g., Welcome Dinner, Ceremony, Aperitivo, Wedding Dinner, and Farewell Brunch/Pool Party). The package provides one complete Audio Setup (4 Speakers, 2 Microphones, and 2 Mixers) which is highly flexible and can be relocated and reconfigured by Mauro to cover sequentially up to two different zones of your event (e.g., Ceremony then Aperitivo, or Aperitivo then Dinner) on the same day.

Absolutely. Our RCF selection is known for its discreet elegance and controlled power. We guarantee an aesthetically integrated setup that will not compromise the design of your historic location. RCF quality ensures crystal-clear sound without being invasive.

Mauro, your On-site Audio Technician, not only manages the Equipment but also handles the musical direction. We download your custom Playlists onto our professional devices to guarantee smooth, uninterrupted playback. The desired atmosphere is ensured, with a tailored soundtrack for all crucial moments.

07. How can the package cover different moments like the Ceremony and Wedding Dinner?

The provided equipment (4 Speakers, 2 Mixers) is sufficient for two distinct installations (e.g., Ceremony and Wedding Dinner) on the same day. Mauro’s expertise ensures that the setup used for the Ceremony will be silently and efficiently moved and configured for the Wedding Dinner during the Aperitivo, allowing for a continuous and fluid sound experience throughout your special day.

08. Does your Logistics cover all of Italy? What about the islands (Sicily and Sardinia)?

Yes, our professional Logistics service covers all 20 Italian Regions, including the islands. Since this package starts at € 1.000, Nationwide Logistics are always Free.

09. Is the Ceremony Audio suitable for Live Musicians (e.g., Violinist/Harpist)?

Yes, we can easily integrate amplification for Solo Artists or Small Acoustic ensembles. After a quick consultation, we will add the specific professional components (such as Condenser Microphones) to your quote to guarantee the sound quality your Artists deserve.

10. The Wedding Audio package is enough for the evening Dance Floor, isn't it?

No. The Wedding Audio package is optimized for clarity and vocal coverage during the Ceremony/Dinner. For a high-energy evening party (up to 150 guests), we strongly recommend combining this package with the dedicated Dance Floor & Party Audio package (€ 1,100.00), which includes powerful RCF Subwoofers for guaranteed bass and sound pressure.
