1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the rental of an audio and lighting system with an operator provided by mauro.rent (hereinafter “mauro.rent“), a website of Pubblicità Digitale PK di Mauro Panzarola, to the Client (hereinafter “Client”). The rental of audio and lighting equipment implies the full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Back to Menu

 

2. Definitions

2.1 Audio system All audio equipment rented to the Client, including but not limited to: speakers, microphones, mixers, subwoofers, speaker stands.

2.2 Lighting system All lighting equipment rented to the Client, including but not limited to: light effects, disco ball, moving heads, pinspots, slimpars.

2.3 Audio technician Technical staff provided by mauro.rent for the delivery, installation, management, disassembly, and collection of the audio and/or lighting system. Back to Menu

 

3. Booking and confirmation

3.1 The booking for the audio and/or lighting system must be made no later than 48 business hours before the date of the Event.

3.2 The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the single payment for the full cost of the rental.

3.3 mauro.rent reserves the right to refuse bookings if the availability of equipment or technical personnel is limited. Back to Menu

 

4. Payment

4.1 The full cost of the rental (single payment) must be paid at the time of booking and, in any case, no later than 48 business hours before the date of the Event.

4.2 mauro.rent reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of the single payment within the established deadline.

4.3 The accepted payment methods are as follows:

• Bank transfer;
• Credit or debit card. Back to Menu

4.6 In the Event of failure to pay the single payment within the established deadline, mauro.rent reserves the right to cancel the booking. The security deposit will not be requested until the actual payment of the rental. Back to Menu

 

5. Delivery, installation, disassembly, and collection

5.1 The delivery and installation of the audio and/or lighting system will be carried out exclusively by mauro.rent Audio Technician.

5.2 The Client must guarantee access to the location for the mauro.rent Audio technician at least 03 hours before the start of the Event to allow for delivery and installation, and up to 03 hours after the end of the Event to allow for disassembly and collection. Back to Menu

 

6. Use of equipment

6.1 The Client is responsible for all audio and/or lighting equipment during the rental period, ensuring its proper use and adherence to safety standards.

6.2 The equipment must be used exclusively for the purpose stated at the time of booking and in accordance with the instructions provided by the mauro.rent operator..

6.3 It is forbidden to modify, move, or tamper with the equipment without the authorization of the mauro.rent Audio technician. It is also forbidden to lend the rented equipment to third parties.

6.4 The Client must restrict access to the area where the rented equipment is located exclusively to the service personnel indicated at the time of rental. Back to Menu

 

7. Technical assistance

7.1 The mauro.rent Audio technician will be present throughout the Event to ensure the proper functioning of the audio and/or lighting system and to provide technical assistance.

7.2 In case of technical problems, the mauro.rent Audio technician will attempt to resolve them immediately. However, mauro.rent will not be liable for any delays or interruptions in service not attributable to its own negligence. Back to Menu

 

8. Liability

8.1 mauro.rent is not liable for damages, losses, or theft of the audio and/or lighting equipment caused by negligence, improper, or intentional use by the Client, Event participants, or third parties.

8.2 The Client is required to compensate mauro.rent for any damage to the equipment and for the costs of repair or replacement.

8.3 mauro.rent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to property or persons resulting from the use of the rented equipment. Back to Menu

 

9. Insurance

9.1 The Client is required to take out adequate insurance to cover any damages, losses, or theft of the audio and/or lighting equipment during the rental period.

9.2 Upon request, the Client must provide mauro.rent with a copy of the insurance policy before the start of the rental. Back to Menu

 

10. Cancellation and changes

10.1 In case of cancellation by the Client within 48 hours of the Event date, a penalty equal to 30% of the total audio and/or lighting rental cost will be charged.

10.2 Modifications to the booking (e.g., changes to the date, time, or location of the Event) can only be made by prior written agreement with mauro.rent and may result in additional costs.

10.3 mauro.rent reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure events) and will fully refund the Client for any payments made. Back to Menu

 

11. Rental guarantees

11.1 mauro.rent guarantees that all rented audio and/or lighting equipment will be in good working condition at the time of delivery.

11.2 In case of equipment malfunction not attributable to negligence or improper use by the Client, mauro.rent undertakes to replace or repair the equipment as quickly as possible.

11.3 mauro.rent will not be liable for service interruptions caused by external factors beyond its control (e.g., power outages, adverse weather conditions). Back to Menu

 

12. Force majeure

12.1 mauro.rent will not be liable for non-performance or delays in the performance of its obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, power outages, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond mauro.rent’s control. 13. Dispute resolution

13.1 In case of disputes related to the rental contract, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution through direct negotiation.

13.2 In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Perugia, with the application of Italian law. Back to Menu

 

14. Final provisions

14.1 Any changes to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

14.2 The rental contract is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian State.

14.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and effective. Back to Menu
