1.1 Audio dinner essential € 350.00/day
Ideal for Events that take place in a single area. With a single audio installation, we can cover both the aperitif and the dinner, guaranteeing impeccable sound and a perfect atmosphere for the entire duration of the Event. This option includes a set of professional equipment, including speakers, subwoofers, a mixer, and a wireless microphone, all managed by our expert technician.
- 2 x Gravity SS 5211 B – Rental audio speaker stands;
- 2 x RCF Art 910-A – Rental professional active speaker;
- 1 x Shure BLX288 / PG58 M17 – Rental professional wireless microphone;
- 1 x Yamaha MG10 – Rental mixing console.
1.2 Audio dinner plus € 600,00/day
The perfect choice for Events that require more complex audio management. With two separate installations, one for the aperitif and one for the dinner, you can create different and customized sound atmospheres in two distinct areas. This solution offers double the speakers for even more powerful and distributed sound coverage, in addition to all the high-quality equipment and the support of our technician for a “turnkey” service.

2. Included Services
Choosing an Dinner audio service package on mauro.rent means getting much more than just a set of equipment. We designed our services to provide you with a smooth and stress-free experience, with our expert Audio Technician ensuring that everything runs without a hitch. It’s our way of offering you a ‘turnkey’ service: you enjoy the Aperitif and Dinner, and we’ll take care of the audio.
- Delivery: we will bring the equipment three (3) hours before the start of your Aperitif and Dinner to the indicated Location.
- Installation and configuration: our Audio Technician will handle the complete configuration of the sound system, ensuring optimal performance.
- Technical and musical support throughout the Aperitif and Dinner: you will have the peace of mind of knowing that our Audio Technician will provide you with technical support and musical assistance, resolving any need or necessity during the Aperitif and Dinner, guaranteeing an impeccable sound flow.
- our soundtrack: for a magical atmosphere at all times! To ensure consistently smooth and uninterrupted playback, we download your playlists onto our professional devices. The atmosphere you desire will not be lacking, with a tailored soundtrack for every crucial phase of your Aperitif and Dinner.
- Disassembly: once the Dinner is over, our Audio Technician will take care of the complete dismantling of the audio system.
- Collection: we will take care of collecting all the equipment from your location within three (3) hours after the end.
For multi-day Events located more than 100 Km from our Headquarters, board and lodging is not included in the price indicated below and is considered the Customer’s responsibility.
*N.B. Delivery and collection are included in Umbria and Tuscany. For all other locations, an additional cost of € 0.25/Km will be applied (calculated for both the outward and return journeys). Back to Menu
3. Payment Methods
The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid at the time of booking and, in any case, no later than 48 working hours before the Event date.
Bank Transfer
Make the payment via bank transfer, a secure and traceable method. Banking details will be provided during the booking process.
