The Business Audio Fixed Price includes the full range of Professional Equipment needed to cover all phases of your Corporate Event, focusing on speech clarity and reliability.

 

 

2. Included Services

Choosing this Package guarantees a complete, stress-free Turnkey Business Audio Service..

  • Delivery: The Audio System will be delivery 3 hours prior to the Start of your Event.
  • Installation & Configuration: Complete configuration and cable management by Mauro, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Dedicated Technical Support: Real-time assistance during the Event.
  • Dismantling & Collection: Complete dismantling of The Audio System and collection within 3 hours after The End. Back to Menu

 

3. Fixed Price Guarantee

 

  • Fixed Price Per Event: The Price is final and guarantees you will have no surprise charges, regardless of the complexity or Number of Days (Multi-day included, up to a maximum of 3 days).
  • Nationwide/International Free Logistics: All transport costs (Petrol, Tolls, Transport) within the selected Zone are completely covered. Zero Logistics Fees applied.
  • Free Room & Board: All Accommodation and Meal costs for Mauro, the dedicated On-site Audio Technician, are completely covered by the Package. Mauro will arrange his own lodging independently, completely relieving the Client of any organizational burden. This guarantees his full availability for the duration of the Event.
  • Total Accountability: Mauro is your single point of contact (Technical Liaison) from Booking to breakdown, guaranteeing flawless technical execution and rapid on-site troubleshooting. Back to Menu

 

4. Logistics & Travel Policy

Delivery & Collection are included across all 20 Italian Regions (Zone A) and European Regions (Zones B & C). We offer a Professional Turnkey Service that covers Transport, Installation, and Collection by Mauro (your dedicated Audio technician).

 

4.1 Logistics Fee Applies (Below Threshold)

A Flat Logistics Rate will be applied at checkout based on your Event Region (Zone A: € 150.00 to € 350.00 R/T; Zone B: € 750.00 R/T; Zone C: € 1,100.00 R/T).

 

4.2 How to get Free Logistics & Premium Service (Zero-Stress Guarantee)

Booking The Business Audio (Fixed Price) or reaching the minimum Cart Value Threshold automatically unlocks the Fixed Price Guarantee:

  • Logistic Zone: Zone A (Italy). Minimum Cart Value Threshold: € 1.000,00.
  • Logistic Zone: Zone B (International: Austria, Croatia, France, Slovenia, Switzerland.). Minimum Cart Value Threshold: € 2.400,00.
  • Logistic Zone: Zone C (International: Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Spain.). Minimum Cart Value Threshold: € 2.750,00.

5. Customization Policy

Important Note: The Fixed Price strictly covers the components and quantities detailed in Section 1. Any request for Equipment in higher quantities (e.g., additional Speaker) or for technical specifications/substitutions outside of this included inventory will be assessed and quoted separately. 6. Dedicated On-site Technical Support (Mauro)

Any Cart Value above the Free Logistics Threshold, includes the dedicated presence and Audio Technical Support of Mauro for the entire duration of the Event, guaranteeing Zero-Stress execution from setup to teardown (Multi-day up to 3 days included only on Fixed Price). Back to Menu

 

7. Payment Methods

The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid no later than 14 working days before the Event date.

Yes. All our Fixed Price packages include Mauro, your dedicated On-site Audio Technician. His presence is non-negotiable for our B2B standards, guaranteeing installation, configuration, and 8 consecutive hours daily of live support for every Business Event.

03. How do you guarantee uninterrupted reliability for CEO and Keynote Speaker presentations?

We guarantee reliability in two ways: A) We exclusively use high-end professional equipment (Shure for vocals, RCF for audio). B) Mauro’s continuous 8-hour on-site presence ensures the immediate resolution of any technical issue in real-time, guaranteeing absolute clarity of speech.

04. What is mauro.rent’s Logistics Policy across Italy?

We provide Nationwide service across all 20 Italian Regions. Transport costs, fuel, and tolls are completely Free if you book The Business Audio (Fixed Price: € 1,300.00/Event).

05. Why is a Flat Logistics Rate applied to single product rental?

Single product rental below the Cart value € 1,000.00 threshold incur a Flat Logistics Rate (€ 150.00 – € 350.00). This fee covers fixed Round-Trip transport costs. You can easily and securely waive this fee by reserving The Business Audio (Fixed Price: € 1,300.00/Event).

06. Is your package suitable for Multi-day Conferences or Expos?

Absolutely. All our services are designed for Multi-day B2B use. By choosing The Business Audio solution, Mauro’s Room & Board is included for free, guaranteeing his total availability for the entire duration of the Event.

07. What if my Corporate Event requires an International Dj Set?

The Business Audio package does not include Dj Backline, but it is designed to combine perfectly with the AlphaTheta Console and Dance Floor & Party Audio for a complete B2B/Gala Dinner solution.

08. What if my Event requires technical support beyond the 8 consecutive daily hours included?

The standard package price includes 8 consecutive daily hours of dedicated On-site technical support. For extended needs (e.g., late Gala Dinners, night assistance, etc.), you can request a custom quote for extra support hours.

09. Can I customize the package or rent equipment in quantities higher than those listed?

The Fixed Prices of the package strictly cover the listed components and quantities. Any request for equipment in higher quantities or for alternative technical specifications will be assessed and quoted separately, to protect the fixed-price guarantee of the base service.

10. How far in advance should I book to ensure availability?

We strongly recommend checking our 2026, 2027 Season Calendars and securing your date as soon as the Event is confirmed, especially for high-season dates or large trade fair events, to guarantee Mauro’s exclusive On-site availability.
