I handle the Acoustic calibration and Real-Time Monitoring of the Subwoofers, ensuring a Club-Quality experience without the risk of Equipment fatigue or Sound distortion.

1. Package Details

Choosing The Dance floor & Party Audio Package provides a curated set of Professional, High-Quality RCF Equipment, ensuring powerful and crystal-clear Sound for your Party.

 

Dance Floor & Party Audio (Up to 150 Guests)

Configuration: Most powerful and complete setup for Professional Djs and High-Energy Dance Floors.

 

2. Included Services

Choosing this Package guarantees a complete, stress-free Turnkey Dance Floor Service.

  • Delivery: The RCF Audio System will be delivery 3 hours prior to the Start of your Dance Floor.
  • Installation & Acoustic Tuning: Complete Setup and precise calibration of the Sub-Satellite System by Mauro for optimal bass response.
  • Plug & Play Dj Support: I provide Ready-to-Use Professional connections for the Dj booth, ensuring the transition to the Party is instantaneous and powerful.
  • Dedicated Technical Support: Real-Time Management of Audio Levels and thermal monitoring of the System during the entire High-Energy Performance.
  • Dismantling & Collection: Complete dismantling of The RCF Audio System and collection within 3 hours after The End. Back to Menu

 

3. Fixed Price Guarantee

 

  • Fixed Price, Per Event: The Price is final and guarantees you will have no surprise charges, regardless of the complexity or Number of Days.
  • Multi-Day Guarantee. Orders over € 1,000.00: The Multi-Day benefit is fully included (up to 3 consecutive days). This covers your Welcome Party, Wedding Day, and Farewell Brunch with zero extra Rental fees. Orders below € 1,000.00: The price refers to a Single Day Event. Multi-day options for smaller Orders can be quoted separately or unlocked by upgrading your package.
  • Nationwide/International Free Logistics: All transport costs (Petrol, Tolls, Transport) within the selected Zone are completely covered. Zero Logistics Fees applied.
  • Free Room & Board: All Accommodation and Meal costs for Mauro, the dedicated On-site Audio Technician, are completely covered by the Package. Mauro will arrange his own lodging independently, completely relieving the Client of any organizational burden. This guarantees his full availability for the duration of the Event.
  • Total Accountability: Mauro is your single point of contact (Technical Liaison) from Booking to breakdown, guaranteeing flawless technical execution and rapid on-site troubleshooting. Back to Menu

 

4. Logistics & Travel Policy

Delivery & Collection are included across all 20 Italian Regions (Zone A) and European Regions (Zones B & C). We offer a Professional Turnkey Service that covers Transport, Installation, and Collection by Mauro (your dedicated Audio technician).

 

4.1 Logistics Fee Applies (Below Threshold)

A Flat Logistics Rate will be applied at Checkout based on your Event Region (Zone A: € 150.00 to € 350.00 R/T; Zone B: € 750.00 R/T; Zone C: € 1,100.00 R/T).

 

4.2 How to get Free Logistics & Premium Service (Zero-Stress Guarantee)

Booking the Dance Floor & Party Audio (Fixed Price: € 1,100.00) or reaching the minimum Cart Value Threshold automatically unlocks The Free Logistics & Premium Service Zero-Stress Guarantee:

  • Logistic Zone: Zone A (Italy). Minimum Cart Value Threshold: € 1,000.00.
  • Logistic Zone: Zone B (International: Austria, Croatia, France, Slovenia, Switzerland.). Minimum Cart Value Threshold: € 2,400.00.
  • Logistic Zone: Zone C (International: Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Spain.). Minimum Cart Value Threshold: € 2,750.00.

5. Customization Policy

Important Note: The Fixed Price strictly covers the components and quantities detailed in Section 1. Any request for Equipment in higher quantities (e.g., additional Subwoofers or Active Speaker) or for technical specifications/substitutions outside of this included inventory will be assessed and quoted separately. 6. Dedicated On-site Technical Support (Mauro)

Any Cart Value above the Free Logistics Threshold, includes the dedicated presence and Audio Technical Support of Mauro for the entire duration of the Event, guaranteeing Zero-Stress execution from setup to teardown. Back to Menu

 

7. Payment Methods

The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid no later than 14 working days before the Event date.

Secure your reservation today: proceed easily and safely by selecting Bank Transfer as your payment method at Checkout. No security deposit is required.

  • Bank Transfer: Make the payment via bank transfer, a secure and traceable method. Banking details will be provided during the booking process.

01. What exactly does the term "Rider Compliance" guarantee?

We guarantee that the specific equipment required by the DJ (AlphaTheta Console) and/or the audio specifications (RCF Audio System) are exactly what is delivered and are in pristine (A-Stock) working condition, eliminating any risk of non-compliance issues on-site.

02. Is the AlphaTheta equipment the latest generation and in near-new condition?

Absolutely. We only provide the latest AlphaTheta series (CDJ-3000X, DJM-A9), meticulously maintained, sanitized, and transported in specialized, protected touring racks to ensure uninterrupted reliability on stage.

03. If my Dj is international, is your On-site Technician necessary?

It is strongly recommended. Mauro is your Dedicated Backline Technical Liaison. He manages the complete setup, system alignment (if RCF is included), and power management, guaranteeing immediate technical check-in and flawless execution for all rented equipment.

04. Is the RCF sound system suitable only for Dj music or also for speeches?

The RCF systems we provide are excellent for both high-impact power on the Dance Floor (thanks to the Subwoofers) and for superior vocal clarity, ensuring that speeches and announcements (via Shure microphones) are flawless.

05. What makes your Fixed Price solution more advantageous than standard daily rental?

The main difference lies in value and simplicity. A standard daily rental only covers the equipment fee, whereas the Fixed Price is an All-Inclusive package designed to offer:

  1. Multi-day Coverage Included: The price is calculated Per Event and automatically includes rental and technical support for up to a maximum of 3 consecutive days (as opposed to a fixed daily cost).
  2. Zero Hidden Costs Guaranteed: Fixed Price packages are structured to easily exceed the minimum value thresholds, granting you automatic and free access to our PREMIUM services: Free Nationwide and International Logistics, Free Room & Board for Mauro, your On-Site Technician.

The result is maximum Cost Certainty and the Zero-Stress guarantee.

06. What is included in the professional Power Conditioning System?

Our Power Conditioning System ensures that sensitive electronics (like AlphaTheta CDJs/DJMs and RCF processing) are supplied with filtered and protected power. This guarantees electrical stability and consistent, distortion-free performance in any location.

07. Do I need to worry about software licenses or firmware?

No. All AlphaTheta equipment is updated to the latest stable firmware and ready for immediate use with USB sticks and Rekordbox, respecting international clubbing standards.

08. What if the Event is multi-day (Expo or Wedding for example with evening Dj sets)?

Our Fixed Price is calculated Per Event and automatically includes multi-day coverage (up to a maximum of 3 consecutive days) when the minimum value threshold of € 1.000,00 is met or exceeded. All Fixed Price packages qualify.

09. Does your Logistics Policy cover the islands (Sicily and Sardinia)?

Yes. Our Logistics cover all 20 Italian Regions. Achieving the € 1.000,00 threshold automatically makes Logistics completely Free even for the islands and remote areas.

10. How far in advance should I book for International DJ Sets?

We recommend checking our 2026, 2027 Season Calendars and securing your date as soon as the Artist is optioned. This ensures Mauro’s availability as your Dedicated Backline Liaison for the Event.
