2. Included Services
Choosing this Package guarantees a complete, stress-free Turnkey Visual Service.
- Delivery: The Lighting System will be delivery 3 hours prior to the Start of your Event.
- Installation & Configuration: Complete setup and colour pre-configuration by Mauro, ensuring optimal visual performance and cable management.
- Dedicated Technical Support: Real-time assistance during the Event (Mauro’s presence ensures system autonomy and reliability).
- Dismantling & Collection: Complete dismantling of The Lighting System and collection within 3 hours after The End. Back to Menu
3. Fixed Price Guarantee
- Fixed Price Per Event: The Price is final and guarantees you will have no surprise charges, regardless of the complexity or Number of Days (Multi-day included, up to a maximum of 3 days).
- Technician Included: Mauro, the On-site Audio Technician, is included to manage the lighting installation and pre-configuration.
- Nationwide/International Flat Logistics Rate Applies: Transport costs (Petrol, Tolls, Transport) within the selected Zone will be applied at a Flat Rate, as the price is below the Free Logistics threshold.
- Room & Board Policy Applies: Accommodation and Meal costs for Mauro are applied separately, as the price is below the Free Logistics threshold.
- Total Accountability: Mauro is your single point of contact (Technical Liaison) from Booking to breakdown, guaranteeing flawless technical execution. Back to Menu
4. Logistics & Travel Policy
Delivery & Collection are included across all 20 Italian Regions (Zone A) and European Regions (Zones B & C). We offer a Professional Turnkey Service that covers Transport, Installation, and Collection by Mauro (your dedicated technician).
- Flat Logistics Rate Applies: The Lighting Solution Fixed Price is designed to be the most convenient option for adding Professional Lighting. Since the price is below the € 1,000.00 threshold for Zone A, a Flat Logistics Rate will be applied at checkout based on your Event Region.
- Room & Board Policy: Accommodation and Meal costs for Mauro are to be arranged and covered by the Client. This cost is only covered by mauro.rent for orders over € 1.000.
- How to get Free Logistics & Premium Service: Combine this package with any Audio Fixed Price package (e.g., The Wedding Audio or AlphaTheta Console) to exceed the minimum threshold and instantly unlock FREE Logistics and FREE Room & Board for the entire order.
5. Customization Policy
Important Note: The Fixed Price strictly covers the components and quantities detailed in Section 1. Any request for Equipment in higher quantities (e.g., additional Speaker) or for technical specifications/substitutions outside of this included inventory will be assessed and quoted separately. This ensures the Fixed-Price guarantee remains intact for the base service. Back to Menu
6. Dedicated On-site Technical Support (Mauro)
Mauro provides dedicated support for the installation and pre-configuration (e.g., static colour setting). The system is designed for maximum autonomy during the Event. Full Technical Support, Troubleshooting, Free Logistics, and Free Room & Board are unlocked when the total Cart Value exceeds the Free Logistics Threshold. Back to Menu
7. Payment Methods
The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid no later than 14 working days before the Event date.
Secure your reservation today: proceed easily and safely by selecting Bank Transfer as your payment method at Checkout. No security deposit is required.
- Bank Transfer: Make the payment via bank transfer, a secure and traceable method. Banking details will be provided during the booking process.
