2. Included Services
Choosing this Package guarantees a complete, stress-free Turnkey Wedding Audio Service.
- Delivery: The Audio System will be delivery 3 hours prior to the Start of your Event.
- Installation & Configuration: Complete configuration and cable management by Mauro, ensuring optimal performance.
- Dedicated Technical Support: Real-time assistance during the Event.
- Dismantling & Collection: Complete dismantling of The Audio System and collection within 3 hours after The End. Back to Menu

3. Fixed Price Guarantee

- Fixed Price Per Event: The Price is final and guarantees you will have no surprise charges, regardless of the complexity or Number of Days (Multi-day included, up to a maximum of 3 days).
- Nationwide/International Free Logistics: All transport costs (Petrol, Tolls, Transport) within the selected Zone are completely covered. Zero Logistics Fees applied.
- Free Room & Board: All Accommodation and Meal costs for Mauro, the dedicated On-site Audio Technician, are completely covered by the Package. Mauro will arrange his own lodging independently, completely relieving the Client of any organizational burden. This guarantees his full availability for the duration of the Event.
- Total Accountability: Mauro is your single point of contact (Technical Liaison) from Booking to breakdown, guaranteeing flawless technical execution and rapid on-site troubleshooting. Back to Menu

4. Logistics & Travel Policy
Delivery & Collection are included across all 20 Italian Regions (Zone A) and European Regions (Zones B & C). We offer a Professional Turnkey Service that covers Transport, Installation, and Collection by Mauro (your dedicated Audio technician).

4.1 Logistics Fee Applies (Below Threshold)
A Flat Logistics Rate will be applied at checkout based on your Event Region (Zone A: € 150.00 to € 350.00 R/T; Zone B: € 750.00 R/T; Zone C: € 1,100.00 R/T).

4.2 How to get Free Logistics & Premium Service (Zero-Stress Guarantee)
Booking The Wedding Audio (Fixed Price) or reaching the minimum Cart Value Threshold automatically unlocks the Fixed Price Guarantee:
- Logistic Zone: Zone A (Italy). Minimum Cart Value Threshold: € 1.000,00.
- Logistic Zone: Zone B (International: Austria, Croatia, France, Slovenia, Switzerland.). Minimum Cart Value Threshold: € 2.400,00.
- Logistic Zone: Zone C (International: Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Spain.). Minimum Cart Value Threshold: € 2.750,00.

5. Customization Policy
Important Note: The Fixed Price strictly covers the components and quantities detailed in Section 1. Any request for Equipment in higher quantities (e.g., additional Speaker) or for technical specifications/substitutions outside of this included inventory will be assessed and quoted separately. This ensures the Fixed-Price guarantee remains intact for the base service. Back to Menu

6. Dedicated On-site Technical Support (Mauro)
Any Cart Value above the Free Logistics Threshold, includes the dedicated presence and Audio Technical Support of Mauro for the entire duration of the Event, guaranteeing Zero-Stress execution from setup to teardown (Multi-day up to 3 days included only on Fixed Price). Back to Menu

7. Payment Methods
The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid no later than 14 working days before the Event date.
Secure your reservation today: proceed easily and safely by selecting Bank Transfer as your payment method at Checkout. No security deposit is required.
- Bank Transfer: Make the payment via bank transfer, a secure and traceable method. Banking details will be provided during the booking process.
