1. Free Logistics (Nationwide Free Logistics)
The Delivery and Collection (R/T) service is Free of charge when the total value of your Cart reaches or exceeds the following Logistic Zone thresholds. This automatically includes the On-site Audio Technician and Room & Board for Mauro (Zero-Stress Guarantee).
- Logistic Zone: Zone A (Italy). Coverage: All Italian Regions (A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4). Free Logistics Threshold: € 1.000,00
Your advantage: By reaching these thresholds, the Logistics cost is guaranteed Zero, and the Premium Technical Service is included. Back to Menu
2. Flat Shipping Rates (Orders below Free Logistics threshold)
If the Total value of your Cart is below the required Free Logistics threshold, a Flat Shipping rate (Delivery and Collection R/T) will be automatically applied based on the Logistic Zone of the destination.
- Zone A-1: Umbria, Tuscany, Lazio, Marche. Flat rate € 150.00
- Zone A-2: Emilia-Romagna, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania. Flat rate € 200.00
- Zone A-3: Veneto, Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Trentino-Alto Adige, Aosta Valley. Flat rate € 250.00
- Zone A-4: Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia. Flat rate € 350.00
- Zone B: Austria, Croatia, France, Slovenia, Switzerland. Flat rate € 750.00

3. Frequently Asked Questions about inclusive Technical Service
3.1 Does the Flat Rate or Free Logistics include the Audio Technician’s Room & Board?
Yes. Our goal is “Zero-Stress.”
- For Zone A (Italy): When the cart value reaches the Free Logistics threshold (€ 1,000.00), the On-site Audio Technician, Multi-Day Support, and Room & Board for Mauro are automatically included.
- For Zones B & C (Europe): Since these zones operate on a Flat Logistics Rate (€ 750.00 / € 1,100.00), the On-site Audio Technician, Multi-Day Support, and Room & Board for Mauro are always included regardless of the total cart value. Mauro will arrange accommodation independently.
3.2 Does the logistics fee cover the dedicated Audio Technician On-site?
The Logistics fee (whether it’s the Flat Rate for small orders in Italy or the International Flat Rate for Europe) covers the transport (R/T) and the professional installation/dismantling.
- Active Technical Support (staying on-site during the performances) is included in our Premium Packages (The Wedding Audio, AlphaTheta Console, etc.) and is always guaranteed for the entire event duration within The Ecosystem solution.
3.3 What about On-site Technical Support for individual rentals?
The Dedicated Audio Technician (active support during the Event) is included by the hour within the specific audio packages you purchase (e.g., Ceremony package: 2 hours; Dinner / Dance floor packages: 5 hours each). Active support for orders that do not reach the Free Logistics threshold must be quoted separately once the included hours are exceeded.
3.4 Does Free Logistics apply to the Islands?
The Nationwide Free Logistics policy applies to all Regions (including Sicily and Sardinia) when the cart value reaches the threshold of € 1.000,00/Event. Back to Menu
