1. Site Inspection

This was my first operational experience in the Prestigious setting of Castello di Rosciano. The technical meeting with Matthew “Lambo Sax” Lambert and the Venue Site Inspection was scheduled for 09:00 AM on May 20th, 2026, dedicating the first hour to a thorough survey of the layout and the specific zones selected by Jo & Alfie. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Chiara for her time and guidance in highlighting the key technical and logistical aspects of her magnificent Venue. Back to Menu

 

2. Logistical Workflow

 

2.1 Wednesday, May 20th 2026

09:00 AM – 10:00 PM: Meeting mauro.rent with Matthew “Lambosax” Lambert and Site Inspection of Castello di Rosciano.

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Setup & Sound Check of the Sound System for Ceremony and Aperitivo ⚪️. mauro.rent.

12:00 PM – 04:00 AM: Setup & Sound Check of the Dinner and Outdoor Dance Floor 🟢. mauro.rent.

02:30 PM: Welcome Drink.

03:30 PM: Ceremony ⚪️. Shure Wireless Microphones PG58 M17 are provided for Celebrant and Singer, Vocals: Can’t Help Falling in Love to the track. Microphones will be placed on Stands. Kemani Anderson, Noah Richmond.

04:00 PM: Aperitif and Antipasti Buffet. Noah Richmond.

05:30 PM: Guests seated at tables, followed by Speeches 🔵 (Approximately 30 minutes, same space as Ceremony). Shure Wireless Microphones PG58 M17 are provided for Speeches. Noah Richmond.

06:00 PM – 09:00 PM: Setup & Sound Check of the Indoor Dance Floor 🟡. mauro.rent.

06:00 PM: Wedding Dinner 🔵.

08:00 PM: Bride & Groom leave for Golden Hour photos (Approximately 20 minutes).

08:30 PM: End of Wedding Dinner, Wedding cake cutting, followed by Dessert Buffet.

09:00 PM: First Dance, followed by Evening Dance Floor Outside 🟢. Dj Jai, Kemani Anderson, Matthew “Lambosax” Lambert, Noah Richmond.

00:00 AM – 02:00 AM: Music moves Indoors: Indoor Dance Floor 🟡. Dj Jai, Matthew “Lambosax” Lambert, Noah Richmond.

4. My role at your Wedding

Matthew “Lambosax” Lambert selected Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired DJ/Artist” as his Technical Service framework.

Coordinating the On-site audio architecture for Matthew “Lambosax” Lambert and his international UK trio at Castello di Rosciano was a Masterclass in Multi-zone synchronization. My role focused entirely on ensuring total Hardware Uptime, seamless frequency management for the Live wireless Vocals and Saxophone, and flawless routing between the artist controllers and our main RCF systems. Sharing the field with such a tightly-knit, high-energy crew until the final cleanup was an absolute privilege.

An alternative angle captures Kemani completely locked into his dynamic Vocal performance. In the background, the soft-focus frame reveals the International Guests, completely immersed in the atmosphere and eagerly awaiting the imminent Arrival of the Bride. Every word and note is delivered with crystal-clear precision across the Ceremony Garden via our line-balanced RCF infrastructure.

 

An absolute standout shot from this Year’s Season features a striking, ultra-crisp close-up of the powerhouse RCF Art 915-A Active Loudspeaker, perfectly framed against one of the most iconic and photographed architectural backdrops of Castello di Rosciano. In the distant background, a strategically positioned RCF Art 912-A seamlessly continues the Sound field, ensuring balanced acoustic coverage across the entire Outdoor Dinner and Dance Floor Zone.

The Photo of the Year: 02:00 AM Crew Shot! 📸 💥 This is what flawless Teamwork looks like at the End of an epic Day-1 Wedding Day. Taken just after 2:00 AM inside the Castle, right before starting the final load-out of the Indoor Dance Floor. The energy was still high, the Party was a massive success, and every single technical detail went exactly as planned.
