• Booking: Secured on April 21st, 2026
• Site inspection: Took place on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026 with Hagar Parents, Owners of the Venue.
• Zone 1: Aperitivo 🟡, Dinner 🔵.

2. Logistical Workflow

 

2.1 Wednesday, August 12th 2026

09:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Set up & Sound Check of the Sound System at Zone 1: Aperitivo 🟡 and Dinner 🔵. mauro.rent.

11:00 AM – 03:00 PM: Set up & Sound Check of the Sound System at Zone 2: Ceremony ⚪️ and Dance Floor 🟢. mauro.rent.

04:00 PM – 05:00 PM: Guests arrive at the Venue, Reception Drink and Food. Background Music by Dj Shachar.

06:30 PM – 07:15 PM: Wedding Ceremony (Specific time depending on Lighting and Sunset). Music by Dj Shachar. Microphones Management by mauro.rent

07:15 PM – 00:00 AM: Wedding Party. Music by Dj Shachar.

The initial contact was established on January 1st, 2026, directly by the Couple’s hired Dj, who brought mauro.rent on board to Engineer the Technical Production. For Hagar & Guy’s Wedding, my On-site role is defined under Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired Dj”. Mauro acts as the formal Technical Liaison and Audio Technician On-site, ensuring the external Artist interfaces flawlessly with our Club-Grade infrastructure without technical friction.
