1. Site Inspection

The technical Site Inspection took place on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026. The Private Villa chosen by the Couple is located near Spoleto (PG), and is easily accessible from our Main Hub in Perugia. The Production design requires 2 independent Sound reinforcement Zones deployed simultaneously:

• Zone 1: Aperitivo 🟡, Dinner 🔵.
• Zone 2: Ceremony ⚪️, Dance Floor 🟢. Back to Menu

 

2. Logistical Workflow

 

2.1 Wednesday, August 12th 2026

09:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Set up & Sound Check of the Sound System at Zone 1: Aperitivo 🟡 and Dinner 🔵. mauro.rent.

11:00 AM – 03:00 PM: Set up & Sound Check of the Sound System at Zone 2: Ceremony ⚪️ and Dance Floor 🟢. mauro.rent.

04:00 PM – 05:00 PM: Guests arrive at the Venue, Reception Drink and Food.

06:30 PM – 07:15 PM: Wedding Ceremony (Specific time depending on Lighting and Sunset).

07:15 PM – 00:00 AM: Wedding Party.

00:00 AM – 04:00 AM: Full Strike, Packing, and Rigorous Load-out. mauro.rent. Back to Menu

4. My role at your Wedding

The initial contact was established on January 1st, 2026, directly by the Couple’s hired Dj, who brought mauro.rent on board to Engineer the Technical Production. For Hagar & Guy’s Wedding, my On-site role is defined under Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired Dj”. Mauro acts as the formal Technical Liaison and Audio Technician On-site, ensuring the external Artist interfaces flawlessly with our Club-Grade infrastructure without technical friction.
