1. Document Metadata

• Venue: La Torre di Celle
• Requestor: Mollie & Josh
• Status: Confirmed Reservation
• Booking: Secured on January 27th, 2026
• Site inspection: Took place on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 with Paula & Federico, Owners of the Venue. An additional on-site walkthrough with the Couple, Mollie & Josh, is scheduled for Thursday, September 3rd, 2026.
• Zone 1: Ceremony & Aperitivo ⚪️.
• Zone 2: Dinner & Dance Floor 🟢.

Please, Note: 📍 Site Inspection & Zone Definition Policy. On-Site Technical inspections must be conducted strictly in the presence of at least one key representative: the Couple, the Wedding Planner, or the Venue Management/Owner. This walk-through is essential to precisely identify and map the Audio Zones prior to Event day. In the Event that an advance Site Inspection cannot be executed, a detailed Venue Site Plan / Layout Map is strictly required. Furthermore, the first hour upon our arrival at the location on the Wedding Day will be dedicated exclusively to a joint walk-through and zone finalization before any Equipment unloading or physical Setup begins.

04:30 PM – 06:30 PM: Set up of the Lighting System at Zone 2: Dance Floor 🟢.

 

2.2 Friday, September 4th 2026

08:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Set up & Sound Check of the Sound System at Zone 1: Ceremony & Aperitivo ⚪️.

10:00 AM – 02:00 PM: Set up & Sound Check of the Sound System at Zone 2: Dinner & Dance Floor 🟢.

02:30 PM: Set up & Sound Check of the Lavalier Wireless Microphone for Groom – Josh and Celia at Zone 1: Ceremony & Aperitivo ⚪️.

2:55 PM: Welcome Music. Guests arrive at the Venue. Music Management by mauro.rent. Playlist: Arrival.

3:30 PM: Bridal party lined up and entrance. Music Management by mauro.rent. Playlist: Ceremony Entrance.

• Execution: Turnkey integration and management of the Club-Grade infrastructure, ensuring flawless interface and zero technical friction for the Artist.

 

4.2 Option B (Management): “Full Management of your curated Playlists”

Curated & Shared Playlists:

• Arrival.
• Ceremony Entrance.
• Couple’s Exit.
• Aperitivo.
• Couple’s Entrance.
• Italian Dinner.
• Italian Dessert.

 

4.3 Tech Philosophy: Sound

• Ceremony: Clear Speech, Natural Tone, No Echo, No Feedback.
• Dinner: Music low enough for conversation, Speeches clearly audible, No sudden volume junps.
• Transitions: No dead silence.
• Dance Floor: Energetic. Dj plays Final Song: Harvest Moon.

 

4.4 Tech Philosophy: Lighting

• Warm tone only (2700 K).
• No cool/Blue Lighting.
• No harsh Uplighting on faces.
• Dinner Lighting remains soft and candle-dominant.
• Party Lighting builds gradually – never abrupt.
