4. My role at your Wedding
Mollie & Josh have selected mauro.rent for a full-coverage operational deployment, combining both Option A (Support) and Option B (Management) to ensure seamless technical execution across the entire Wedding Day. This hybrid workflow provides dedicated Backline Support for the hired Dj alongside complete Live Atmosphere & Microphone Management by Mauro in both Zones.
The On-Site Service includes:
- Delivery & Multi-Zone Setup: Early installation prior to Guest arrival.
- Acoustic Tuning & Soundcheck: Precise volume and frequency optimization for both Zones.
- On-Site Senior Engineering (Mauro On-Site): Continuous live signal control, microphone handling, and immediate band interface throughout the Event.
- Teardown & Load-Out: Complete disassembly and Venue clearance post-Event.
4.1 Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired Dj/Artist”
Mauro acts as the Audio Technician On-site, providing a bulletproof High-End Audio Infrastructure for the hired Dj.
- Hired Dj/Artist: Dj Stuart D. Alexander.
- On-Site Role: Technical Liaison & Audio Technician (Mauro On-Site).
- Execution: Turnkey integration and management of the Club-Grade infrastructure, ensuring flawless interface and zero technical friction for the Artist.
4.2 Option B (Management): “Full Management of your curated Playlists”
Mauro personally handles live Sound control and Atmosphere Management for all non-band segments:
- Ceremony & Aperitivo (Zone 1) & Dinner/Dance Floor (Zone 2): Live transition control and volume balancing for all curated Playlists from our Master Control Systems.
- Speech & Vow Management: Active wireless Microphone oversight (Shure BLX systems) for the Celebrant, Couple, and Guest Speeches, ensuring zero feedback and pristine intelligibility.
- Continuous On-Site Supervision: Total control over signal purity, zero downtime, and complete peace of mind from Guest arrival to late-night load-out.

5. Field Images
Captured from the Parking area on Thursday afternoon, September 3rd, 2026, immediately following my arrival on-site. This key window was dedicated to the official site inspection with Mollie and Josh, as well as initiating the pre-installation phase for the performance Lighting matrix ahead of the Main Event. Seen from this vantage point is Zone 2: Dinner & Dance Floor, already fully styled, decorated, and architecturally prepped by the couple themselves. The environment stands completely transformed and ready to host the High-Energy, vibrant Setup for the “Mamma Mia!” themed Wedding Party.
The pre-installation work completed on Thursday afternoon, September 3rd, 2026. The frame captures the initial structural build of the future Dj Booth: the core Accu Stand Pro Event Table 2 console is elegantly concealed behind a custom white wooden facade, handcrafted by the Groom Josh in the UK and transported directly to La Torre di Celle. Flanking the booth are two 30 cm BeamZ MB30 Disco Balls, while the background reveals the lighting matrix rigged across three Gravity LS TBTV 17 Stands, featuring BeamZ MHL36 Moving Heads, Magic1 Derby Effects, and Eurolite Pinspots.

With Mollie and Josh centered and surrounded by all their Guests, this Setup ensured crystal-clear vocal intelligibility throughout the pool deck while maintaining a minimal visual footprint.
Friday, September 4th, 2026, capturing one of the most entertaining highlights during the Zone 1 Speeches. Best Man, Kieren, confidently takes the floor holding the Shure PG58 Wireless handheld Microphone (routed through our dual Shure BLX288 System). His charismatic Speech brought non-stop laughter and joy to Mollie, Josh, and all their gathered Guests, backed by a finely tuned vocal signal chain designed for natural tone and zero feedback.
Friday, September 4th, 2026, transitioning into Dinner in Zone 2 (Dinner & Dance Floor). The frame captures a stunning moment during the Father of the Bride’s Speech, Gordon, set against a magnificent sunset over the Umbrian-Tuscan hills. The two RCF Art 912-A Active Loudspeakers, strategically positioned on either side of the banquet Setup, provided clear, warm, and natural voice amplification for Gordon’s toast while blending effortlessly into the breathtaking twilight backdrop.
Friday, September 4th, 2026, one of the most memorable moments during Dinner in Zone 2. The Groom, Josh, takes the floor to deliver his heartfelt Speech, framed by a spectacular sunset over the rolling hills. Elevating the RCF Art 912-A Loudspeakers above two meters ensured Josh’s voice was reproduced with absolute clarity and warmth, completely free of Microphone feedback despite standing directly within the coverage area.

As twilight set in following the sunset, the Venue architecture came alive with wireless battery Uplights set to the custom warm orange hue selected by Mollie to enhance the Wedding color palette. The Control Room station anchored the scene, framed by the bespoke white wooden facade crafted by Groom Josh, seamlessly blending club-grade Pioneer Dj, RCF gear, and Audio-Lighting control into the glowing landscape.
Friday, September 4th, 2026, opening the Dance Floor in Zone 2 with Mollie & Josh’s First Dance. The Newlyweds were surrounded by their Guests gathered in a warm circle. The RCF Audio System provided an immersive, high-fidelity Soundscape, seamlessly kicking off the “Mamma mia!” Evening Party.

The “Mamma mia!” Evening Party is in full swing, with Guests dancing under the pristine, club-grade Sound delivered by the RCF Art 912-A and Sub 705-AS MK3 stack. Pure energy and seamless performance managed live from the Control Room.
