1.1 Site Inspection

An On-site inspection at Abbazia San Faustino was not required for this Event. Laura contacted me less than a month before her Wedding with a precise technical request: to exactly replicate the Acoustic Setup and Premium atmosphere we developed for Sophie & Jonathan’s Wedding at the same Venue back on August 16th, 2025. Additionally, Laura’s Technical Rider required the deployment and integration of a Flagship Club-Standard Dj Rider, consisting of 2 x AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X units paired with a Pioneer Dj DJM-A9 Mixer, for their hired Artist.

4. My role at your Wedding
4.1 Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired Dj/Artist”

Mauro will act as the Audio Technician, handling Delivery, Setup, Soundcheck, On-site technical support, including Microphone and Mixer Management, as well as strike and load-out. Dj Niclas will strictly focus on a Plug & Play execution and performing his Music.

 

Laura & Tobias selected Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired DJ/Artist” as their tailored Service framework.

Replicating and expanding upon the successful infrastructure deployed in 2025 at Abbazia San Faustino was a rewarding opportunity. At the same time, deploying our 2026 Flagship Backline Setup for the first time this season, featuring the State of the Art 2 x AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X Media Players and the Pioneer Dj DJM-A9 Mixer, presented an exciting Technical milestone.

It was an absolute pleasure providing Full Technical Support for Laura, Tobias, and their Guests, keeping the System running flawlessly under extreme performance Standards until 05:00 AM. Their incredible, High-Octane Energy made the entire night an unforgettable experience.

A tight, detailed close-up Highlights the technical heart of our System stability: the Professional 19″ Rack enclosure. Positioned inside is the Furman PL-Plus CE Power Conditioner, featuring its iconic Digital Voltage Monitoring Display to guarantee clean, stabilized Power and total grid protection for the entire Setup. Below it sits the Shure BLX Wireless receiver, managing the PG58 Microphone frequencies with flawless signal integrity. A magnificent wide-angle perspective captured directly from my Control Station highlights the complete operational Layout. In the lower foreground, the right section of the RCF Mixing Console stands ready alongside the Accu Stand structure, while Dj Niclas commands the center of the Stage with his right hand locked onto the AlphaTheta Player 2 Cue button. The entire High-Energy Dance Floor is framed by the Venue’s breathtaking stone archway, which acts as a historic portal leading from the ancient Altar Area into the Main Room of the Old Chapel. The four-Speaker RCF power matrix is clearly visible, deployed in its protective V-shape configuration, while the vibrant BeamZ Uplights and Dynamic Lighting Effects completely dominate the upper frame, beautifully illuminating the historic stone architecture.

Our 2026 Season Featured Shot, also showcased in our Dj Backline Package, captures the definition of a high-octane Performance. This dynamic frame from the left side focuses on Dj Niclas completely locked into the Mix. An absolute Masterpiece of a shot to close the Field Report, defined by stunning, vibrant colors and a clean technical Focus. This digital command center gives me total, wireless oversight of every frequency, level, and active unit on the field while standing completely discrete. Mauro took care of the music, equipment, lighting and sound throughout our entire wedding, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for anyone better. From the welcome party to the ceremony, from brunch to dinner and, of course, the party itself, everything was absolutely perfect. The music was spot-on for every moment and created exactly the atmosphere we had hoped for. The sound during the ceremony was beautiful, while the lighting, music and equipment during the party created an incredible atmosphere on the dance floor.

What we appreciated most was that we never had to worry about anything. Mauro was professional, reliable, easy to communicate with and always willing to think along with us. Everything was arranged behind the scenes, allowing us to simply enjoy our wedding.

Our wedding took place over several days, with many different moments and settings, and Mauro made sure that the music and atmosphere were perfect throughout. From the moment our first guests arrived at the welcome party until the very last dance of our wedding day, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail.

We look back on our wedding with so much happiness, and Mauro definitely played a big part in making it so special. I can’t recommend Mauro highly enough. We got married in the Italian Dolomites at the Kolfuschgerhof, and pulling off the audio for an international wedding turned out to be one of the most stressful parts of the planning — until we found him.

A bit of background: we’d booked a DJ we loved from the US, and rather than have him fly equipment across the world, we decided to rent everything in Italy. The hotel couldn’t provide it, so I started reaching out to audio companies all over the Dolomites and beyond. Between language barriers and setups that just didn’t quite fit what we needed, I sent 15+ inquiries and was getting nowhere. Then I found Mauro.

From my very first message through his website, he was a completely different experience. He replied quickly with a thorough breakdown of exactly what he could provide based on our DJ’s requirements, plus his own recommendations. He asked questions we hadn’t even thought to consider. Our ceremony, open bar, dance floor, and dinner/speeches were all in different areas, and he built a plan around that, with smart transitions that used minimal equipment to keep our costs down without sacrificing anything. He even included dance floor lighting I never would have thought of, and it looked stunning on the day.

What really set him apart was how much he took off our plate. After just a few emails and prepaying his fee months in advance, Mauro handled everything else himself. Coordinating directly with the venue, arranging a special driving permit to reach the mountainside location, and even booking his own hotel. He also worked out all the technical details with our DJ ahead of time. Knowing the audio was completely handled was a huge relief in the middle of everything else a wedding demands.

And the day of? Flawless. Our DJ simply showed up with his controller, plugged into Mauro’s setup, and it all worked perfectly. The ceremony had multiple microphones for our officiant and the two of us, and everything came through crystal clear at the right levels. Same with the speeches at dinner. The dance floor sounded incredible. I’m no audio expert, but between the speakers and subwoofers, it was exactly what we hoped for. Not a single hiccup the entire night.

Mauro took care of everything we needed and plenty we didn’t even know we needed. If you’re planning anything that involves audio, especially a destination wedding where so much feels out of your control, he is the person to call. He made the whole process seamless from the very first email, and we could not be more grateful.
