Please, Note: 📍 Site Inspection & Zone Definition Policy. On-Site Technical inspections must be conducted strictly in the presence of at least one key representative: the Couple, the Wedding Planner, or the Venue Management/Owner. This walk-through is essential to precisely identify and map the Audio Zones prior to Event day. In the Event that an advance Site Inspection cannot be executed, a detailed Venue Site Plan / Layout Map is strictly required. Furthermore, the first hour upon our arrival at the location on the Wedding Day will be dedicated exclusively to a joint walk-through and zone finalization before any Equipment unloading or physical Setup begins.
Need more than 2 Zones on your Wedding Day? If your final timeline requires simultaneous Acoustic coverage across additional Areas (e.g., Aperitivo or Dinner spaces active at the exact same time without moving Hardware), the System can be scaled dynamically. Our Lighting deployment is exclusively designed to enhance the immediate Dj Booth and Dance Floor perimeter. We do not provide Full-Scale Architectural Illumination, Truss Systems, LED Walls, or Special Effects (Smoke, Haze, Cold Sparks). Inventory & Custom Requests: The components listed above represent the official 2026 mauro.rent Inventory, optimized for High-End Performance and Logistics. Any additional Equipment or specific Brands/Models requested outside of this list will be evaluated separately and provided through a dedicated Quote, subject to availability and transport capacity.
Please, Note: ⚠️ Technical Layout & Production Freeze Protocol: The physical placement of all Audio Setups and cable routing is strictly defined and approved during the Pre-Production phase within this Technical Workflow. To guarantee personal safety, electrical stability, and full compliance with the Sound-Check schedule agreed upon with the Couple, the site layout is officially locked (Layout Freeze) at the commencement of installation. Any On-Site requests to relocate previously installed or fully wired rigs/structures made by the Venue or Wedding Planner or the Couple will be evaluated and executed solely if remaining technical timeframes and safety margins allow, with zero liability on mauro.rent for any resulting delays to sound checks or event start times.
4. My role at your Wedding
To Be Confirmed.
4.1 Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired Dj/Artist”
Mauro will act as the Senior Audio Technician, handling Delivery, Pre-Ceremony Setup, Soundcheck, On-site technical support—including Microphone and Mixer Management across all active Zones (Pool Party, Ceremony/Aperitivo/Dinner, and Dance Floor), as well as final teardown and load-out. Your hired DJ/Artist will enjoy a seamless Plug & Play experience and can focus strictly on performing their music.
4.2 Option B (Management): “Full Management of your curated Playlists”
If no external Dj is hired, Mauro will personally manage the entire Soundscape for both days (August 27th & 28th, 2027). This includes live signal mixing, volume balancing, Wireless Microphone management for Speeches, and smooth atmospheric transitions using your pre-curated Playlists across all Event spaces.
