2. Included Services
Opting for the Gravity SS 5211 B on mauro.rent means you’ll receive far more than just equipment. We’ve designed our services to offer you a seamless and stress-free experience, thanks to our expert Audio Technician who will guarantee everything operates flawlessly through these stages:
- *Delivery: we will bring the equipment directly to your event location.
- Installation and configuration: our Technician will take care of the complete setup of the audio system, ensuring optimal performance.
- Support throughout the Event: you will have the peace of mind knowing that our Technician is available to provide support and resolve any technical needs during your Event.
- Dismantling: once your Event is concluded, our Technician will take care of the complete dismantling of the audio system.
- *Collection/pickup: we will take care of collecting all the equipment from your location.
For multi-day events, meals and accommodation are not included in the price above and are considered the responsibility of the Client.
*Please note Delivery and collection are included in Umbria and Tuscany. For all other locations, an additional cost of € 0.25/Km will be applied (calculated for both the outward and return journeys). Back to Menu
3. Payment Methods
The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid at the time of booking and in any case no later than 48 working hours before the date of the Event.
Bank Transfer
Make your payment via bank transfer, a secure and traceable method. Bank details will be provided during the booking process.
Credit or Debit Card
We accept major credit and debit cards for fast and secure online payments. Your transaction is protected by the highest security standards. Back to Menu
4. **Security deposit
€ 10.00
VAT included
The Security Deposit must be paid no later than 48 working hours before the date of the Event, separately from the Rental order. To ensure the correct management of the Security Deposit, it is necessary to place two (2) separate online orders:
- Rental Order: select the Daily rental option and proceed with the order.
- Security Deposit Order: select the Security deposit option and proceed with the order.
The Security deposit will be returned to the Customer within 5 working days from the end of the rental period, after verifying the condition of the equipment. In case of damage to the equipment or missing parts, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. Any additional costs will be invoiced separately to the Customer.
