01. The Logistical Workflow: Up to 2 Days, Up to 4 Zones, 1 Ecosystem

Every Celebration is unique: Share your Vision with Mauro to receive a tailored Workflow designed specifically around your Event’s Multi-Day Timeline.

The Wedding Audio Ecosystem Package is strictly dedicated to Multi-Day Celebrations (up to 2 consecutive days) and focuses entirely on providing flawless coverage across up to 4 distinct Areas (The Wedding Ceremony, The Wedding Dinner, The Main Dance Floor Stage, plus your choice between The Welcome Pizza Party or the Goodbye Brunch/Pool Party).

Once your Official Schedule is shared, Mauro will custom-draft a detailed Logistical Timeline. This Production Plan allows the Couple and the Wedding Planner to know exactly what technical assets will be deployed, and precisely at what time they will be: Installed, Sound-Checked, Operated, and Disassembled.

 

1 ⚠️ Please Note: The Grand Finale & Overtime Protocol (Tap-to-Pay Policy)

 

To guarantee structural logistics compliance and technical focus, the End of the Event is strictly governed by the following absolute standards:

  • The Scheduled Grand Finale: The mauro.rent Wedding Audio Ecosystem Package includes technical operations up to the Official Time agreed upon with the Couple and Planner during Pre-Production (e.g., 02:00 AM)
  • 15 Minutes Before the Grand Finale (BPM De-escalation): The Performer must begin lowering the energy, reducing the BPM, and guiding the crowd toward the End of the Set. Leaving the Console unattended is strictly prohibited.
  • 5 Minutes Before the Grand Finale (The Final Announcement): The Performer must officially announce the Final Song of the night and closing the Party on a high note.
  • The Overtime Exception (€ 250.00 / Hour in Advance): If on the Night of the Event you decide to extend the party beyond the Scheduled Time, the Sound & Light System will remain fully active under our immediate Upfront Overtime Policy.
  • Tap-to-Pay Execution: Extension blocks are charged at € 250.00 per hour (or fraction thereof). The amount must be settled before the extension begins via Credit Card using Mauro’s Revolut Business “Tap-to-Pay” terminal. No cash, no exceptions.
  • Technical Note: If an extension is not requested and settled, Mauro will gracefully fade out the Master Output at the scheduled time to initiate safe equipment teardown and respect the Venue’s curfew.

03. Choose your Experience: Tailored Support for Every Wedding Vision

 

3.1 Option A: Artist & Dj Friendly

This Package is designed to provide a High-End Plug & Play environment for your Performer within the designated Event Area. I set up a bulletproof Audio infrastructure, allowing your hired Dj or Musician to plug their Controller or All-in-One Consolle directly into our High-End RCF System without technical delays or messy cabling.

3.1.1 Important Note: Live Band Management

Please note that the mauro.rent Ecosystem is designed specifically as High-End technical support for Djs and Soloists/Duos. I provide a professional Plug & Play environment and signal management, but I do not provide full-scale Sound reinforcement (FOH/Monitors) or Sound Engineering services for large Live Bands.

  • Requirement: Any Live Band must be technically autonomous. They are responsible for providing their own Backline, specific Instrument, Microphones, and their own Mixing Console. I will provide a professional link to my System, but the internal balance of the band remains their responsibility.

 

3.2 Option B: Professional Atmosphere & Playlist Management

“You provide the inspiration; Mauro ensures the technical execution.”

This is not a simple “Press Play” Service. When you opt for Mauro’s Playlist Management, your musical vision undergoes a professional Technical Pre-Production process in our Studio. To guarantee Club-Standard reliability and flawless transitions, we follow a strict 5-Step Workflow:

  • Curation & Deadline: We integrate your Spotify/Apple Music vision into our Professional Environment. To ensure technical consistency and timing stability, all final Playlists must be shared with Mauro at least 21 days prior to the Event.
  • High-Fidelity Sourcing: Every track is imported via Tidal HiFi to ensure a High-Resolution lossless backup, far superior to Standard Mobile Streaming Quality.
  • Acoustic Engineering: Your music is processed through Pioneer Rekordbox Professional Software, where every Track is analyzed for Musical Key and BPM to ensure mathematically and aesthetically harmonious transitions.

04. Payment Methods

The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid no later than 14 working days before the Event date.

Secure your reservation today: To lock in your Date immediately on our Calendar, we recommend selecting Bank Transfer as your Payment Method at Checkout.

  • Payment Flexibility: If you choose to book via Bank Transfer today, you still retain the flexibility to switch. Should you prefer to settle the balance using a Credit or Debit Card at a later stage, simply contact Mauro to receive a secure digital payment link.
  • No Security Deposit: To ensure a “Zero-Stress” experience, no security deposit is required at the time of booking.

I can’t recommend Mauro highly enough. We got married in the Italian Dolomites at the Kolfuschgerhof, and pulling off the audio for an international wedding turned out to be one of the most stressful parts of the planning — until we found him.

A bit of background: we’d booked a DJ we loved from the US, and rather than have him fly equipment across the world, we decided to rent everything in Italy. The hotel couldn’t provide it, so I started reaching out to audio companies all over the Dolomites and beyond. Between language barriers and setups that just didn’t quite fit what we needed, I sent 15+ inquiries and was getting nowhere. Then I found Mauro.

From my very first message through his website, he was a completely different experience. He replied quickly with a thorough breakdown of exactly what he could provide based on our DJ’s requirements, plus his own recommendations. He asked questions we hadn’t even thought to consider. Our ceremony, open bar, dance floor, and dinner/speeches were all in different areas, and he built a plan around that, with smart transitions that used minimal equipment to keep our costs down without sacrificing anything. He even included dance floor lighting I never would have thought of, and it looked stunning on the day.

What really set him apart was how much he took off our plate. After just a few emails and prepaying his fee months in advance, Mauro handled everything else himself. Coordinating directly with the venue, arranging a special driving permit to reach the mountainside location, and even booking his own hotel. He also worked out all the technical details with our DJ ahead of time. Knowing the audio was completely handled was a huge relief in the middle of everything else a wedding demands.

And the day of? Flawless. Our DJ simply showed up with his controller, plugged into Mauro’s setup, and it all worked perfectly. The ceremony had multiple microphones for our officiant and the two of us, and everything came through crystal clear at the right levels. Same with the speeches at dinner. The dance floor sounded incredible. I’m no audio expert, but between the speakers and subwoofers, it was exactly what we hoped for. Not a single hiccup the entire night.

Mauro took care of everything we needed and plenty we didn’t even know we needed. If you’re planning anything that involves audio, especially a destination wedding where so much feels out of your control, he is the person to call. He made the whole process seamless from the very first email, and we could not be more grateful.

During Checkout, you can select whether to deploy the Setup for Extension 1 (Welcome Day) the day before, or Extension 2 (Goodbye Brunch / Pool Party) the day after.

02. Does the € 1,750.00 Fixed Price really include all travel, room, and board?

Yes, absolutely. The € 1,750.00 Price architecture is completely All-Inclusive to grant total budget certainty with zero hidden surprises. It fully covers Mauro’s independent fuel, highway tolls, Hotel accommodations, and daily meals away from the working hours. The only standard courtesy requested is a Vendor meal during active Live operation hours on the main Wedding Day.

03. Do you leave the Equipment Set up overnight between the first and second day?

No. To guarantee absolute safety, weather protection, and respect for the Venue’s aesthetics, Mauro does not leave Equipment exposed overnight. Mauro personally performs a complete technical teardown at the end of Day 1 and executes a fresh, fully calibrated deployment and Sound-Check on the morning of Day 2. This monumental logistical effort is entirely handled by Mauro and is 100% included in the Fixed Package Price.

04. Why is a Professional Dj Console not included in the Standard Ecosystem Package?

The Ecosystem architecture is focused entirely on massive Multi-Zone infrastructure, Hardware distribution, and Live Sound Engineering. Because High-Profile international Djs and Performers always demand strict compliance with their personal Technical Riders, the Standard Stage remains an Open Plug & Play System. If your Artist does not bring a Console, or if you prefer a complete flagship AlphaTheta Rider, you can Request a dedicated Quote or view our DJ Tech & Backline standalone Package.

05. How does Option B (Playlist Management) work if we do not hire a Live Dj?

Option B is a Boutique Studio Pre-Production Service. You provide the Musical inspiration via Spotify or Apple Music at least 21 days before the Event. Mauro then imports every track via lossless Tidal HiFi, analyzes the harmonic Keys and BPMs through Pioneer Rekordbox, and records a mastered, seamless audio flow using flagship AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X Hardware. On-site, Mauro personally manages every critical Live Cue with professional fade-ins and constant volume monitoring.

06. Can the Ecosystem Sound Systems support a large Live Wedding Band?

The Ecosystem is meticulously optimized for Djs, Soloists, Duos, and Acoustic Live Performers. While we provide a High-End signal link to our RCF Main Systems, we do not provide full-scale Front-of-House (FOH) Mixing or Monitor Engineering for Multi-Piece Live Bands. Any hired Live Band must be technically autonomous, meaning they are responsible for bringing their own Backline, Multi-Channel Mixing Console, and Instruments.

07. What are the visual limitations of your “Audio-First” Philosophy?

To guarantee 100% operational Uptime as a Solo-operated Boutique Service, we focus our transport capacity purely on Premium Audio Engineering. We include High-Quality, elegant Dance Floor Lighting and Dj Booth Atmosphere solutions. However, we do not provide architectural Villa Uplighting, heavy Trussing, LED Walls, Video Projectors, Smoke/Haze Machines, or Cold Spark Pyrotechnics.

08. What happens if the Party continues past the scheduled layout time?

The Ecosystem package includes technical operations up to the Official Time agreed upon during Pre-Production (e.g., 02:00 AM). If you choose to extend the Celebration on the Night of the Event, our strict Upfront Overtime Policy applies. Extension blocks are charged at € 250.00 per hour (or fraction thereof) and must be settled before the extension begins via Credit Card using Mauro’s Revolut “Tap-to-Pay” terminal.

09. How do we secure our Date on the Official Calendar?

To maintain an uncompromised Standard of execution, we accept a strict limit of 30 total reservations per Season across all architectures. To lock in your Date immediately, you can complete the Online Checkout process. Selecting Bank Transfer is highly recommended to secure your slot instantly; you retain full flexibility to switch to encrypted Credit Card settlements at a later stage if preferred.
