Its built-in Voltmeter allows Mauro to monitor voltage stability in real-time, while the pull-out LED lights provide discreet illumination for the console area, making it essential for any high-profile international DJ Rider.

  • Flat Logistics Rate Applies: Your Order Total is below the € 1,000.00 threshold. A Flat Logistics Rate (€ 150.00 – € 350.00 R/T) will be calculated at Checkout, based on the Event Region. Learn more…
  • Room & Board Policy: Required. Accommodation and Meal costs for Mauro, the dedicated On-site Audio Technician, are to be arranged and covered by the Client. This cost is only covered by mauro.rent for orders over € 1.000.

01. Why should I choose mauro.rent for a single component rental?

We provide the same Dedicated On-site Technical Support (Mauro) for single component rentals as we do for Fixed Price Packages. You receive professional installation, configuration, and real-time assistance, ensuring the equipment performs flawlessly, even if you are only renting a small item.

02. How can I get Free Logistics and Free Room & Board with my order?

You must reach the Minimum Cart Value Threshold for your Event Zone. For Zone A (Italy), the threshold is € 1,000.00. Adding Fixed Price Packages (like the AlphaTheta Console, Dance Floor & Party Audio, The Business Audio or The Wedding Audio) is the fastest way to exceed this value and guarantee the Zero-Stress service.

03. What is the main benefit of the Fixed Price Packages over single rentals?

Fixed Price Packages are priced to automatically exceed the threshold, instantly guaranteeing Free Logistics and Free Room & Board for Mauro. Single rentals require you to calculate and add items until the threshold is met, otherwise, Flat Fees for Logistics and R&B apply.

04. What is the threshold for Free Logistics?

The threshold depends on the Event Location: Zone A: Italy € 1,000.00; Zone B: Austria, Croatia, France, Slovenia, Switzerland € 2,400.00; Zone C: Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Spain € 2,750.00.

05. What exactly is included in the Flat Logistics Rate?

The Flat Logistics Rate is a fixed charge (ZoneA: € 150.00 – € 350.00; Zone B: € 750.00; Zone C: € 1,100.00) that covers the cost of transportation (fuel, tolls, vehicle wear) for your order when the minimum value threshold is not met.

06. Do I have to pay for Mauro's Room & Board?

Yes, unless your Cart value exceeds the minimum threshold (Zone A: € 1,000.00; Zone B: € 2,400.00; Zone C: € 2,750.00). If the threshold is not met, the Client is responsible for arranging and covering Mauro’s accommodation and meal costs to ensure his full availability during the Event.

07. Which Fixed Price Packages are available?

We offer three main Fixed Price solutions designed to guarantee compliance and sound quality:

  • AlphaTheta Console Fixed Price € 1,670.00/Event for Professional Dj Sets and guaranteed Rider Compliance.
  • High-Energy Dance Floor & Party Audio Fixed Price € 1,100.00/Event for Parties, Dance Floors, and High-Impact Sound.
  • The Business Audio Fixed Price € 1,300.00/Event for Conferences, Expos and Gala Dinners.
  • The Wedding Audio Fixed Price € 1,060.00/Event for Ceremonies, Aperitifs, and Wedding Dinner.
08. Is the Equipment suitable for International Djs?

Yes. All our AlphaTheta and RCF equipment are industry standard and are maintained to A-Stock condition, respecting all technical riders and clubbing specifications. The On-site Audio Technician (Mauro) is essential for international sets to ensure flawless setup and electrical compatibility.

09. What happens if I need the equipment for multiple days?

Single components (rented daily) are charged per day. If you purchase a Fixed Price Package, the price is calculated Per Event and automatically includes Multi-Day coverage (up to a maximum of 3 consecutive days).

10. What if my event is in Sicily or Sardinia?

Our Logistics Policy covers all 20 Italian Regions. Achieving the € 1,000.00 threshold automatically makes Logistics completely Free, even for the islands and remote areas.
