1. Package details
When you book a Party lighting package, you are choosing a carefully curated selection of the best equipment from our professional catalogue. This is not a standard kit, but the ideal solution for your needs, with high-quality components that ensure a dynamic and engaging light show for every phase of your Party. Below is the list of equipment available, divided into the Essential, Plus, and Disco packages.
1.1 Party essential € 175.00/day
The Party essential package is our basic, streamlined, and effective solution, ideal for animating private parties and small Events where the goal is to create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere with an essential professional light set.

- 2 x BeamZ MHL36 – Professional LED RGBW moving head rental;
- 1 x Gravity LS TBTV 17 – Professional lighting stand rental.
1.2 Party plus € 275.00/day
The Party plus package expands the base setup by adding accent lights that multiply the visual impact. It is the perfect choice for medium-sized events requiring greater luminous depth, transforming the space into a real stage for your party.

1.3 Party disco € 375.00/day
The Party disco package is our most complete setup. Designed for a true disco experience, it includes additional fixtures and the iconic disco ball for powerful and enveloping light effects. Ideal for larger, more evocative parties that require maximum scenic impact, supported by our complete technical assistance.

2. Included Services
Choosing an Party lighting package on mauro.rent means getting much more than just a set of equipment. We have designed our services to provide you with a smooth and stress-free experience, with Mauro, our expert Technician, ensuring everything runs smoothly. It is our way of offering you a turnkey service: you enjoy your Event, we handle the lighting.
- Delivery: we will bring the equipment three (3) hours before the start of your Event to the indicated Location.
- Installation and configuration: Mauro will manage the complete setup of the light system, ensuring optimal performance.
- Technical support throughout the Event: you will have the peace of mind of knowing that Mauro, our Technician, will provide support and assistance, resolving any need or necessity during the Event, guaranteeing a flawless lighting set-up. (Note: Ambient lighting is pre-configured and designed for maximum autonomy.)
- Dismantling & collection: once the Event concludes, Mauro will manage the complete dismantling of the light system and the collection of all equipment from your location within three (3) hours afterward.
2.1 Logistics & travel policy
Delivery and collection are included across all 20 Italian Regions. We offer a professional turnkey service that covers transport, installation, and collection by Mauro (your dedicated technician).
- Logistics Fee Applies: since the Ceremony package is below the € 2,500.00 threshold, a Flat Logistics Rate (€ 150.00 to € 350.00 R/T) will be applied at checkout based on your Event Region.
- How to get FREE Logistics: Achieve NATIONWIDE FREE LOGISTICS by adding other packages to bring your total cart value above € 2,500.00.

3. Payment Methods
The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid at the time of booking and, in any case, no later than 48 working hours before the Event date.
Bank Transfer
Make the payment via bank transfer, a secure and traceable method. Banking details will be provided during the booking process.
Credit or Debit Card
