01. The Logistical Workflow: 1 Day, 2 Zones, 1 Essential

The Wedding Audio Essential Package is strictly dedicated to a Single Day (The Wedding Day) and focused entirely Up to 2 Zones simultaneously:

• The Main Wedding Dance Floor 🟢
• + One Zone of your choice: Wedding Ceremony ⚪️, Wedding Aperitivo 🟡, or Wedding Dinner 🔵.

Once your Official Schedule is shared, Mauro will custom-draft a detailed Technical Workflow. This Production Plan allows the Couple and the Wedding Planner to know exactly what technical assets will be deployed, and precisely at what time they will be: Installed, Sound-Checked, Operated, and Disassembled.

Every Celebration is unique: Share your Vision with Mauro to receive a tailored Workflow designed specifically around your Event’s Multi-Day Timeline.

 

1.1 Need more than 2 Zones? (Extra Zone Scalability)

Our Essential Package standardly covers up to 2 active Zones simultaneously. If your Wedding Layout requires coverage in additional Areas (e.g., covering Ceremony ⚪, Aperitivo 🟡, AND Dinner 🔵 all at the same time without moving any Gear), you can scale the System naturally:

• Extra dedicated Zone deployment: € 250.00 (VAT included) per additional Zone.
• This includes: Additional professional RCF Active Speakers and Mixing Console, dedicated cabling, On-site physical deployment, and acoustic tuning.

 

⚠️ Please Note: The Grand Finale & Overtime Protocol (Tap-to-Pay Policy)

 

To guarantee structural logistics compliance and technical focus, the End of the Event is strictly governed by the following absolute standards:

• The Scheduled Grand Finale: The mauro.rent Wedding Audio Essential Package includes technical operations up to the Official Time agreed upon with the Couple and Planner during Pre-Production (e.g., 02:00 AM)
• 15 Minutes Before the Grand Finale (BPM De-escalation): The Performer must begin lowering the energy, reducing the BPM, and guiding the crowd toward the End of the Set. Leaving the Console unattended is strictly prohibited.
• 5 Minutes Before the Grand Finale (The Final Announcement): The Performer must officially announce the Final Song of the night and closing the Party on a high note.
• The Overtime Exception (€ 250.00 / Hour in Advance): If on the Night of the Event you decide to extend the party beyond the Scheduled Time, the Sound & Light System will remain fully active under our immediate Upfront Overtime Policy.
• Tap-to-Pay Execution: Extension blocks are charged at € 250.00 per hour (or fraction thereof). The amount must be settled before the extension begins via Credit Card using Mauro’s Revolut Business “Tap-to-Pay” terminal. No cash, no exceptions.
• Technical Note: If an extension is not requested and settled, Mauro will gracefully fade out the Master Output at the scheduled time to initiate safe equipment teardown and respect the Venue’s curfew.

• Center: Tuscany, Marche, Umbria, Lazio INCLUDED
• South: Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Basilicata, Apulia (Puglia), Calabria, Sicily INCLUDED.

03. Choose your Experience: Tailored Support for Every Event Vision

 

3.1 Option A: Artist & Dj Friendly

This Package is designed to provide a High-End Multi-Zone Audio Infrastructure for your Performer within the designated Event Area. I set up a bulletproof Audio infrastructure, allowing your hired Dj or Musician to plug their Controller or All-in-One Console directly into our High-End RCF System without technical delays or messy cabling.

3.1.1 Important Note: Dj Console & Live Band Limitations

Please, Note: The Wedding Audio Essential Package is engineered strictly for Single-Day, 2-Zone execution (Dance Floor + One choice between Ceremony, Aperitivo, or Dinner). It does not include a physical Dj Console surface (such as AlphaTheta/Pioneer DJ flagship Riders).

• For Hired Djs: Your Performer must bring their Personal Controller or All-in-One Console and plug their stereo master output directly into our line matrix, or you can combine this Package with our specialized The Wedding Audio Dj Tech & Backline upgrade.
• For Complex Live Bands: This Setup does not include full-scale Front-Of-House (FOH) Multi-Channel Mixing or Stage monitoring. Large Bands must be technically autonomous and feed their stereo master stream into our line matrix.

 

3.2 Option B: Professional Atmosphere & Playlist Management

“You provide the inspiration; Mauro ensures the Live Technical execution.”

This is not a simple, detached “Press Play” background track. When you opt for Mauro’s Playlist Management, Mauro becomes your Live Performer. Included within The Essential Package infrastructure cost, Mauro deploys his physical Hardware Setup and mixes your Music Live for the entire duration agreed upon during Pre-Production.

To guarantee total professional transparency, we align our Hardware strictly with Official Industry classifications:

• Standard Included Setup (Bars & Small Venues Category): Mauro performs on 2 x Pioneer DJ XDJ-700 + Pioneer DJ DJM-450. Officially categorized by AlphaTheta / Pioneer DJ for exceptional control and absolute reliability in Smaller Environments, Boutique Setups, and Private Venue halls.

The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid no later than 14 working days before the Event date.

Secure your reservation today: To lock in your Date immediately on our Calendar, we recommend selecting Bank Transfer as your Payment Method at Checkout.

• Payment Flexibility: If you choose to book via Bank Transfer today, you still retain the flexibility to switch. Should you prefer to settle the balance using a Credit or Debit Card at a later stage, simply contact Mauro to receive a secure digital payment link.
