How we deploy our High-End Technology across your designated Zone to ensure zero downtime and total Audio immersion.

Below is the Standard Workflow we propose for every High-Profile Event. Every Celebration is unique: Share your Vision with Mauro to receive a tailored Workflow designed specifically for your Venue’s layout.

⚠️ Please Note: Overtime Agreement & Last Song Protocol (Tap-to-Pay Policy)

To guarantee structural logistics compliance and technical focus, the End of the Event is strictly governed by the following absolute standards:

• The 02:00 AM Hard Cutoff: The mauro.rent Essential package include technical operations strictly up to 02:00 AM. There is no option to negotiate a later standard closing time during Checkout. If the timeline suits your vision, the package is approved; otherwise, the Overtime Protocol applies.
• 15 Minutes Before Cutoff (BPM De-escalation): At 01:45 AM, the Performer must begin lowering the energy, reducing the BPM, and guiding the crowd toward the End of the Set. Leaving the Console unattended is strictly prohibited.
• 5 Minutes Before Cutoff (The Final Announcement): At 01:55 AM, the Performer must officially announce the Final Song of the night and initiate the technical shutdown sequence.
• The Overtime Exception (€ 250.00 / Hour in Advance): If on the Night of the Event you decide to extend the party beyond 02:00 AM, the Sound System will remain active strictly under immediate, upfront Payment.
• Tap-to-Pay Execution: Extension blocks are charged at € 250.00 per hour (or fraction thereof). The amount must be settled before 02:00 AM via Credit Card using Mauro’s Revolut Business “Tap-to-Pay” terminal. No cash, no delayed invoices, no exceptions.

🔴 Technical Enforcement: If the upfront digital payment is not completed before the clock hits 02:00 AM (or the expiration of the paid overtime hour), Mauro will perform an immediate hard-cut of the Master Output to ensure transport safety, venue regulations, and hardware compliance. 03. Choose your Experience: Tailored Support for Every Event Vision

 

3.1 Option A: Artist & Dj Friendly

This Package is designed to provide a High-End Plug & Play environment for your Performer within the designated Event Area. I set up a bulletproof Audio infrastructure, allowing your hired Dj or Musician to plug their Controller or All-in-One Consolle directly into our High-End RCF System without technical delays or messy cabling.

3.1.1 Important Note: Live Band Limitations

Please note that the mauro.rent Essential package is engineered specifically for DJs, Soloists, Duos, or corporate speakers. It does not include full-scale Front-of-House (FOH) Multi-Channel Mixing or Stage monitoring for complex Live Bands.

• Requirement: Any Live Band must be technically autonomous. They are responsible for providing their own Backline, specific Instrument, Microphones, and their own Mixing Console. I will provide a professional link to my System, but the internal balance of the band remains their responsibility.

 

3.2 Option B: Professional Atmosphere & Playlist Management

“You provide the inspiration; Mauro ensures the technical execution.”

This is not a simple “Press Play” Service. When you opt for Mauro’s Playlist Management, your musical vision undergoes a professional Technical Pre-Production process in our Studio. To guarantee Club-Standard reliability and flawless transitions, we follow a strict 5-Step Workflow:

• Curation & Deadline: We integrate your Spotify/Apple Music vision into our Professional Environment. To ensure perfection, all final Playlists must be shared with Mauro at least 21 days prior to the Event.
• High-Fidelity Sourcing: Every track is imported via Tidal HiFi to ensure a High-Resolution lossless backup, far superior to Standard Mobile Streaming Quality.
• Acoustic Engineering: Your music is processed through Pioneer Rekordbox Professional Software, where every Track is analyzed for Musical Key and BPM to ensure mathematically and aesthetically harmonious transitions.
• Studio Mastering & Live Recording: Mauro performs a “Live Studio Recording” of your curated flows using the flagship AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X & DJM-A9 Setup. This creates a bespoke, seamless audio journey prepared specifically for your Venue’s Atmosphere.
• Triple-Layer Redundancy: 1) Pro-Grade SD Cards: Primary Playback on AlphaTheta/Pioneer Dj Consoles for tactile, High-Energy control. 2) High-Speed USB Media: Secondary mirrored backup for instant hardware failover. 3) Hard-Wired iPad/Offline Library: A tertiary, fully independent Offline backup connected directly to the RCF Mixing Consoles.

Manual Cueing: Mauro personally manages every critical moment (Processional, Grand Entrance, Cake Cutting) with professional Fade-ins, precise Timing, and constant Volume monitoring.

3.4 The “Audio-First” Philosophy (Lighting, Visual & Effects Limitations)

To maintain our 100% reliability guarantee as a Solo-operated Boutique Service, we intentionally focus our Transport capacity and technical focus on Premium Audio Engineering.

• What we provide: An elegant, atmospheric “Lighting Solution” (included) designed to enhance the Dj Booth and the immediate Dance Floor Area. This is the perfect visual complement to our World-Class Audio backbone, featuring AlphaTheta (CDJ-3000X), Pioneer Dj, RCF, and Shure Professional Equipment.
• What we are not: We are not a full-scale Lighting, Visual, or FX Service. To ensure the safety of the Venue and the integrity of our High-End Audio gear, we do not offer:
• Architectural Lighting: No Uplighting for entire Villas, complex Truss structures, or DMX-Controlled Light Shows.
• Visual & Video Gear: No LED Walls, TV screens, Projectors, or Live Streaming Equipment.
• Pyrotechnics & Cold Sparks: No Sparkular machines, Cold fountains, or indoor Fireworks.
• Atmospheric Effects: No Smoke Machines, Haze, Bubbles, Foam, or artificial Snow.
• The Benefit: By focusing solely on Sound, Mauro ensures a Setup that is faster, cleaner, and technically superior to “all-in-one” generic providers. Our “No-Smoke/No-Visual” Policy guarantees that the focus remains on the acoustic quality and the elegance of the Venue without technical clutter. 04. Payment Methods

The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid no later than 14 working days before the Event date.

Secure your reservation today: To lock in your Date immediately on our Calendar, we recommend selecting Bank Transfer as your Payment Method at Checkout.

• Payment Flexibility: If you choose to book via Bank Transfer today, you still retain the flexibility to switch. Should you prefer to settle the balance using a Credit or Debit Card at a later stage, simply contact Mauro to receive a secure digital payment link.
• No Security Deposit: To ensure a “Zero-Stress” experience, no security deposit is required at the time of booking.
