1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the rental of audio and lighting systems, complete with an exclusive on-site Audio Technician, provided by mauro.rent (hereinafter “mauro.rent“), a service of Pubblicità Digitale PK di Mauro Panzarola, to the Client (hereinafter “Client”). The rental of mauro.rent’s equipment and service implies the full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Back to Menu

 

2. Definitions

2.1 Audio System All audio equipment rented, including but not limited to: speakers, microphones, mixers, subwoofers, and associated accessories.

2.2 Lighting System All lighting equipment rented, including but not limited to: light effects, disco balls, moving heads, uplights, and stands.

2.3 Audio Technician (Mauro) The technical staff provided exclusively by mauro.rent (Mauro Panzarola) for the delivery, installation, management, real-time technical support, disassembly, and collection of the audio and/or lighting system.

2.4 Fixed Price Package: A single, comprehensive fee solution (e.g., The Wedding Audio) covering equipment, multi-day use, and the On-site Audio Technician.

2.5 Fixed Price Guarantee: The premium service level unlocked when the € 1,000.00 threshold (Zone A – Italy) is reached, granting FREE Logistics and FREE Room & Board for the Audio Technician. Back to Menu

 

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1 The booking for the audio and/or lighting system should be submitted via the online platform or written agreement.

3.2 The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the single payment for the full cost of the rental.

3.3 mauro.rent reserves the right to refuse bookings if the availability of equipment or technical personnel is limited. Back to Menu

 

4. Payment and Fixed Price Policy

4.1 Payment Deadline The full cost of the rental (single payment) must be paid at the time of booking and, in any case, no later than 14 working days before the date of the Event.

4.2 Security Deposit No security deposit is required for reservations paid via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.

4.3 Accepted Methods Bank transfer; Credit or Debit Card.

4.4 Cancellation due to Non-Payment mauro.rent reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of the single payment within the established deadline (14 working days before the Event). In such a case, the cancellation policy (Section 10) may still apply if the cancellation occurs within the penalty window.

4.5 Fixed Price Guarantee Status The final service level (including applicable Logistics and Room & Board fees) will be determined by the total confirmed order value relative to the Free Logistics threshold (€ 1,000.00 for Zone A). Back to Menu

 

5. Delivery, Installation, Disassembly, and Collection

5.1 Exclusivity: The delivery, installation, disassembly, and collection of the systems will be carried out exclusively by the mauro.rent Audio Technician (Mauro). Self-collection or third-party disassembly is not permitted.

5.2 Access Guarantee The Client must guarantee full, safe, and exclusive access to the location for the Audio Technician at least 03 hours before the start of the Event for setup, and up to 03 hours after the end of the Event for disassembly and collection. Back to Menu

 

6. Use of Equipment and Responsibilities

6.1 Client Responsibility The Client is responsible for all Equipment during the rental period, defined from the time of installation completion until final disassembly begins. The Client must ensure proper use and adherence to safety standards.

6.2 Prohibitions It is strictly forbidden to modify, move, or tamper with the equipment without the explicit authorization of the mauro.rent Audio Technician (Mauro).

6.3 Access Restriction The Client must restrict unauthorized access to the area where the rented equipment is located. Back to Menu

 

7. Technical Assistance and On-site Technician (Mauro)

7.1 Dedicated Support: The mauro.rent Audio Technician (Mauro) will be present throughout the Event duration as stipulated in the booking (Multi-day coverage included in Fixed Price Packages), ensuring the proper functioning of the system and providing Zero-Stress, real-time technical assistance.

7.2 Room & Board Policy: If the Fixed Price Guarantee threshold (€ 1,000.00 for Zone A) is not met, the Client is responsible for arranging and covering the accommodation and meal costs for the Audio Technician. If the threshold is met, these costs are covered by mauro.rent.

7.3 Problem Resolution: In case of technical problems, the Audio Technician will attempt to resolve them immediately. mauro.rent will not be liable for service delays or interruptions not attributable to its own negligence (e.g., venue power failures).Back to Menu

 

8. Liability and Indemnity

8.1 Damages mauro.rent is not liable for damages, losses, or theft of the equipment caused by negligence, improper, or intentional use by the Client, Event participants, or third parties.

8.2 Client Compensation The Client is required to compensate mauro.rent for any damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment at the cost of repair or replacement with new, equivalent items.

8.3 Indirect Damages mauro.rent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the rented equipment. Back to Menu

 

9. Insurance

9.1 The Client is required to take out adequate Event or Third-Party insurance to cover any potential damages, losses, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.

9.2 Upon request, the Client must provide mauro.rent with a copy of the insurance policy before the start of the rental. Back to Menu

 

10. Cancellation and Changes

10.1 Cancellation by Client In case of cancellation by the Client, the following penalties apply:

  • 30% penalty of the total rental cost if cancelled from the time of booking/payment up to 48 hours before the Event date.
  • 50% penalty of the total rental cost if cancelled within 48 hours of the Event date.

10.2 Booking Modifications Modifications to the booking (e.g., changes to the date, time, or location) can only be made by prior written agreement with mauro.rent and may result in additional costs, subject to availability.

10.3 Cancellation by mauro.rent mauro.rent reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure events) and will fully refund the Client for any payments made. Back to Menu

 

11. Rental Guarantees

11.1 Equipment Condition mauro.rent guarantees that all rented equipment will be in excellent working condition at the time of delivery.

11.2 Malfunction In case of equipment malfunction not attributable to negligence or improper use by the Client, mauro.rent undertakes to replace or repair the equipment as quickly as possible.

11.3 External Factors mauro.rent will not be liable for service interruptions caused by external factors beyond its control (e.g., power outages, adverse weather conditions). Back to Menu

 

12. Force Majeure

12.1 mauro.rent will not be liable for non-performance or delays in the performance of its obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, power outages, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond mauro.rent’s control. 13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Amicable Solution In case of disputes related to the rental contract, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution through direct negotiation.

13.2 Jurisdiction and Law In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Perugia, with the application of Italian law. Back to Menu

 

14. Final Provisions

14.1 Amendments Any changes to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

14.2 Governing Law The rental contract is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian State.

14.3 Severability If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and effective. Back to Menu
