1. Site Inspection
Scheduled for Friday, June 19th, 2026, from 15:00 to 16:00. As scheduled, the site inspection took place during the first hour at the Agriturismo Terre di San Galgano, where I was guided, supported, and assisted by the Venue’s excellent Staff. I would like to extend my thanks to them for providing a Gazebo, which was essential for keeping the Audio Equipment shaded. A huge thank you to the entire Team for their close Support right up until final teardown at 02:00 AM on June 21st, 2026.

4. My role at your Wedding
Véronique & Niels selected a dual role for me at their Wedding, combining Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired Dj/Artist” and Option B (Management): “Full Management of your curated Playlists”.
For the first day, Friday, June 19th, 2026, as Guests arrived at Agriturismo San Galgano, I managed the Custom Soundscape for the Welcome Pizza Party using our dedicated Playlist: Welcome Day ~ Pizza Party ~ Véronique & Niels. I positioned my control Booth right at the center of the wooden platform designed for the next day’s Dance Floor, directly adjacent to the U-shaped Guest seating layout.
The following day, The Wedding Day, I reinforced the previous day’s Audio Setup to deliver optimized Sound distribution for both the Dinner and, most importantly, the High-Energy Dance Floor. The Wireless Microphone Systems were fully prepped and Live for the First Speeches at 06:15 PM, which kicked off in the Aperitif Zone and continued seamlessly into Dinner.
Throughout the Wedding Dinner Service, I curated the background Audio transition with the Playlist Wedding Day – Dinner – Véronique & Niels, ensuring a continuous musical ambiance during the breaks of the traditional Tuscan folk trio who performed for the Aperitif and Dinner. The background Soundtrack alternated flawlessly with the Evening’s Speeches.
After Dinner, a spectacular surprise awaited the Guests: a breathtaking Fireworks display set against the iconic backdrop of the Abbey of San Galgano, immediately followed by the Cake Cutting.
Dj Bas took full control of the Dance Floor beats, keeping the energy and rhythm alive until 02:00 AM. The grand finale concluded with the last track, accompanied by a roaring crowd chant to salute and thank Dj Bas, a well-deserved reward for a stellar performance.
A special mention goes to Arthur from Si Italia, the Dutch Wedding Planner who coordinated everything with absolute precision, warmth, and grace, from our very first email exchange on December 31st, 2025, right down to the final goodbyes after the Dance Floor closed at 02:00 AM. Always present, managing the flow with elegant professionalism. Back to Menu

The production kicks off on Friday, June 19th, with a traditional Italian Welcome Pizza Party. In the foreground, the rustic tables feature classic red-and-white checkered tablecloths decorated with tomato cans and spaghetti accents, ready for the International Guests. In the background, our completed Audio Station is perfectly integrated under the Venue’s protective Gazebo. The Sound Architecture consists of two RCF Art 912-A Active Loudspeakers elevated on Gravity SS 5211 B Stands flanking the Booth, with a Shure Wireless Microphone set on its stand. A signature technical detail that defines our Standard is the flawless cable management, with all power and signal lines perfectly routed and bound along the Stands to guarantee a pristine, zero-trip layout.

A view from behind the Control Station captures the Real-Time execution of the Welcome Party Soundtrack and Microphone Management. In the foreground, the compact RCF F 6X 6-Channel Mixing Console handles the signal processing, ensuring absolute vocal clarity. In the background, two Dutch Guests take the floor to deliver their Speeches, addressing the bride, groom, and the entire crowd gathered around the Venue’s traditional U-shaped table layout. Every word is routed flawlessly through our Shure Wireless infrastructure, maintaining perfect gain staging and zero feedback across the Outdoor courtyard.

A commanding Center-Stage perspective captures the entire High-Energy Architecture fully deployed and ready for the crowd, beautifully illuminated by the Venue’s clean white ambient light. At the core stands the professional Accu Stand Pro Event Table 2 with its dedicated Corner Shelves. Flanking the booth in perfect symmetry are the powerful RCF Audio stacks, utilizing RCF Sub 705-AS MK3 units as a rock-solid low-end foundation supporting the RCF Art 912-A Top Speakers on distance rods. To the right, a premium Eurolite Curved Stand Mount holds a spectacular 30cm BeamZ MB30 Disco Ball, backed by a Gravity LS TBTV 17 tower loaded with Eurolite LED IP PST Pinspots and BeamZ SlimPar 30 units. On the left, my technical command table is cleanly organized, housing the Flyht Pro Rack 4U with the Furman M-10X E power conditioner, the Shure BLX24 Wireless System, and the RCF F 10XR Mixing Console, right next to the Main Lighting matrix featuring BeamZ Magic1 Effects and MHL36 Moving Heads. A massive, comprehensive production built for extreme performance.

As the Venue’s house lights drop, the Dance Floor completely takes over. Captured from behind the production line during the outdoor fireworks and cake cutting, this perspective looks out from my Technical Station across the Dj Booth. The left side highlights the striking glow of the dual pinspots hitting the 30cm BeamZ MB30 Disco Ball, while the background reveals our strategic Sound reinforcement: an RCF Art 915-A Active Loudspeaker stands tall on the far edge of the floor, delivering pristine, High-Impact Acoustic coverage. A key detail is the immaculate backend cable management: all power, signal, and link lines are tightly routed and dressed behind the Accu Stand Pro Event Table 2, leaving the Performance Area completely clear so the Artist can move with absolute freedom.

The Party is officially in full swing. This high-octane frame captures newlyweds Véronique and Niels right at the center of the Dance Floor, surrounded by the incredible energy and support of their International Guests. The atmosphere is electric, with the Lighting Effects completely transforming the wooden platform into a Premium Club-Standard space. In the thick of the action, Moko’s Camera Crew and the Alma Wedding Film Video Team are working seamlessly alongside our production, locked into the rhythm of the crowd to capture the definitive highlights of an unforgettable Night.

A crisp technical close-up Highlights one of the two RCF Art 915-A Active Loudspeakers strategically positioned on the opposite side of the Dance Floor. Deployed as a heavy-hitting Acoustic reinforcement tower right next to the Bar Area, the 15-inch Professional enclosure guarantees uniform Sound distribution and maximum impact across the entire wooden deck. The architectural structure of the Loudspeaker Stand is beautifully accentuated by the dedicated BeamZ SlimPar 30 spotlight, which perfectly illuminates this crucial zone, blending Premium Sound Engineering with clean, elegant Event Lighting.

A brilliant, energetic close-up captures Dj Bas completely in his element, sporting a massive smile mid-set. The frame highlights the connection between the Artist and the crowd as he drives the Dance Floor beats. Bathed in the dynamic, colorful reflections of the BeamZ Uplights, his performance is pure energy, keeping the rhythm sharp and the crowd locked into the mix for a stellar Wedding Finale.

Our Season Featured Shot for this Workflow, captured from an elevated perspective on the Venue’s external stairs to deliver a definitive overview of the Production Architecture. The wide frame documents the High-Energy Ecosystem in its entirety: the professional Accu Stand DJ booth command station, the dynamic BeamZ lighting matrix pushing vivid beams across the crowd, the packed wooden Dance Floor platform, and the strategic positioning of the RCF Art reinforcement towers ensuring uniform acoustic pressure throughout the Area. A spectacular comprehensive shot that illustrates the scale, precision, and flawless execution of our Destination Wedding Standards.

A wonderful End-Of-Night memory to close a fantastic production in Tuscany. The frame captures Arthur, the exceptional Wedding Planner from siitalia.nl (on the left), and me, standing on the completed Dance Floor right before the final load-out. This shot is not just a souvenir, but a testament to the seamless coordination, mutual professional respect, and friendship behind a successful Destination Wedding. Thank you, Arthur, for the flawless partnership, and a massive thank you to Véronique & Niels for trusting us to power their Dream Weekend. Grazie!

The definitive final frame to close this Technical Workflow, captured right at the Booth after the Last Track faded out. It’s a great wrap-up shot featuring Dj Bas and me, celebrating the successful execution of an incredible Night. Providing the Backline Framework and full Technical Support for an International Artist who completely commands the crowd is always a privilege. The System ran flawlessly under extreme performance standards until the very last second, leaving the Dance Floor with an unforgettable memories. Until next time, Bas!
