2. Key Operational & Safety Standards

To ensure zero downtime, absolute site safety, and pristine audio quality for your Event, all mauro.rent deployments operate under two mandatory engineering protocols:

 

2.1 Site Inspection & Zone Definition Policy

Audio Zones are finalized via an advance joint site walk-through with the Couple, Planner, or Venue Manager. If an advance visit is not possible, a detailed Venue Map is required, and the first hour upon arrival on the Wedding Day is strictly dedicated to a joint walk-through before Setup begins.

 

2.2 Technical Layout & Production Freeze Protocol

Once installation and wiring begin, the site layout is officially locked. Any late, On-Site relocation requests made by the Venue, Planner, or Couple will be evaluated solely if remaining timeframes and safety margins allow, with zero liability on mauro.rent for any resulting schedule delays. 3. Technical Rider

Below is the list of available Equipment, along with a Logistical forecast per Zone. Please, Note: Only after receiving the Official Schedule will you know exactly which Equipment will be deployed in each specific Zone.

Please Note: To maintain our 100% operational reliability guarantee, we intentionally focus our On-site presence and transport capacity strictly on Premium Audio Engineering. Our Lighting deployment is exclusively designed to enhance the immediate Dj Booth and Dance Floor perimeter. We do not provide Full-Scale Architectural Illumination, Truss Systems, LED Walls, or Special Effects (Smoke, Haze, Cold Sparks). 4. My role at your Wedding

 

4.1 Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired Dj/Artist”

Mauro will act as the Senior Audio Technician, handling Delivery, Setup, Soundcheck, On-site technical support, including Microphone and Mixer Management across all Zones, as well as daily strike and load-out for the entire duration of the Event. All the Artists (Dj, Percussion, Saxophone, Violin and Vocalist) strictly focus on a Plug & Play execution and performing their Music. Back to Menu
