1. Site Inspection

An On-site inspection at Abbazia San Faustino was not required for this Event. Laura contacted me less than a month before her Wedding with a precise technical request: to exactly replicate the Acoustic Setup and Premium atmosphere we developed for Sophie & Jonathan’s Wedding at the same Venue back on August 16th, 2025. Additionally, Laura’s Technical Rider required the deployment and integration of a Flagship Club-Standard Dj Rider, consisting of 2 x AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X units paired with a Pioneer Dj DJM-A9 Mixer, for their hired Artist. 4. My role at your Wedding

Laura & Tobias selected Option A (Support): “Support & Backline for my hired DJ/Artist” as their tailored Service framework.

Replicating and expanding upon the successful infrastructure deployed in 2025 at Abbazia San Faustino was a rewarding opportunity. At the same time, deploying our 2026 Flagship Backline Setup for the first time this season, featuring the State of the Art 2 x AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X Media Players and the Pioneer Dj DJM-A9 Mixer, presented an exciting Technical milestone.

It was an absolute pleasure providing Full Technical Support for Laura, Tobias, and their Guests, keeping the System running flawlessly under extreme performance Standards until 05:00 AM. Their incredible, High-Octane Energy made the entire night an unforgettable experience. Back to Menu

This robust, Club-Standard Hardware armor guarantees total Equipment protection and seamless logistics from our Headquarters straight to the Main Stage of Abbazia San Faustino.

 

A spectacular comprehensive wide-angle shot captures the definitive High-Energy Architecture deployed at Abbazia San Faustino. To protect the premium AlphaTheta and Pioneer Dj Flagship Hardware from the dense crowd, the entire performance station is strategically enclosed by an elegant Headliner Santa Monica Portable Dj Facade, forming a secure architectural boundary. The Audio Power is tightly grouped in a strategic V-Shape layout flanking the booth, utilizing the robust Acoustic force of the RCF Art 915-A and Art 912-A Systems on Gravity Stands, while the Subwoofers remain neatly concealed behind the Facade. The visual energy is amplified by an expanded Lighting matrix, combining Professional BeamZ Moving Heads, Effect Lights, and dual mirror Disco Balls precisely illuminated by Spot configurations to immerse the Dance Floor in a Premium Club-Standard Atmosphere.

 

A tight, detailed close-up Highlights the technical heart of our System stability: the Professional 19″ Rack enclosure. Positioned inside is the Furman PL-Plus CE Power Conditioner, featuring its iconic Digital Voltage Monitoring Display to guarantee clean, stabilized Power and total grid protection for the entire Setup. Below it sits the Shure BLX Wireless receiver, managing the PG58 Microphone frequencies with flawless signal integrity. This power block interfaces directly with the ultra-low-noise preamps of the compact RCF F 10XR Mixing Console, ensuring that every Announcement and Dj track is routed with absolute Acoustic clarity to the Main PA.

 

An incredible dynamic frame captured from the right side reveals Dj Niclas completely locked into a high-octane Performance. The shot showcases the flawless integration of our 2026 Flagship Club-Standard Rider: his right hand is precisely positioned on the ultra-responsive Cue button of the Next-Generation AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X Media Player, while his left hand seamlessly shapes the Sound across Channels 2 and 3 of the Professional Pioneer Dj DJM-A9 Mixer. The high-resolution Main Displays clearly showing his curated Tracklist highlight a moment of pure selection and creative control, running flawlessly under extreme Performance Standards.

 

A magnificent wide-angle perspective captured directly from my Control Station highlights the complete operational Layout. In the lower foreground, the right section of the RCF Mixing Console stands ready alongside the Accu Stand structure, while Dj Niclas commands the center of the Stage with his right hand locked onto the AlphaTheta Player 2 Cue button. The entire High-Energy Dance Floor is framed by the Venue’s breathtaking stone archway, which acts as a historic portal leading from the ancient Altar Area into the Main Room of the Old Chapel. The four-Speaker RCF power matrix is clearly visible, deployed in its protective V-shape configuration, while the vibrant BeamZ Uplights and Dynamic Lighting Effects completely dominate the upper frame, beautifully illuminating the historic stone architecture.

 

Our 2026 Season Featured Shot, also showcased in our Dj Backline Package, captures the definition of a high-octane Performance. This dynamic frame from the left side focuses on Dj Niclas completely locked into the Mix. His left hand navigates the AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X Player 1 Display, precisely managing his curated Tracklist, while his right hand grips the Fader of Channel 2 on the professional Pioneer Dj DJM-A9 Mixer to drive the vibe. The Player 2 display prominently features a vibrant, colorful Waveform, highlighting the intensity of the track running flawlessly under extreme performance standards inside the historic, stone-arched Dance Floor of Abbazia San Faustino.

 

A striking tight close-up focuses on the center Lighting matrix positioned directly behind the Dj booth. The frame highlights the compact power of the Gravity LS TBTV 17 Stand, loaded with two (2) BeamZ Magic1 Derby Effect Lights and two (2) sleek BeamZ MHL36 RGBW Moving Heads. This high-end visual core is Set against a breathtaking historical backdrop: the ancient Altar fresco of the Abbey, depicting the Madonna holding the Child, flanked by Saint Benedict of Nursia and historic figures. The contrast between the vivid, modern LED beams and the centuries-old sacred art perfectly captures how premium entertainment technology seamlessly integrates into Italy’s most exclusive historical Venues.

 

An absolute Masterpiece of a shot to close the Field Report, defined by stunning, vibrant colors and a clean technical Focus. The frame highlights my iPad screen in mid-action, running the Stagehand App to monitor signal parameters and System stability in Real Time. This digital command center gives me total, wireless oversight of every frequency, level, and active unit on the field while standing completely discrete. The warm Ambient glow of the Dance Floor Lights reflecting off the screen perfectly bridges the gap between High-Energy artistic performance and rigorous, Behind the Scenes Engineering.
