This package is the ideal solution for:

  • Sporting Events:: we guarantee impeccable audio for commentators, announcements, music, and coverage of large areas, even with two simultaneous audio installations if needed.
  • Private Events requiring a focus on quality audio: perfect for ceremonies, conferences, gala dinners, or Events where clear speech, soft music, and professional microphone management (for speeches, presentations, wedding ceremonies) are priorities. A dedicated audio technician will manage every technical and musical aspect, ensuring an impeccable sound experience from beginning to end.

2. Included Services

Choosing the Audio service package on mauro.rent means getting much more than just a set of equipment. We’ve designed our services to provide you with a smooth and stress-free experience, with our expert Audio technician ensuring everything runs seamlessly through the following steps:

  • Site visit: we’ll conduct a preliminary inspection of the location to best assess the space, acoustics, and technical requirements, ensuring impeccable planning. This personalized service is exclusively included with the Audio Custom package.
  • *Delivery: we’ll bring the equipment three (3) hours before the start of your Event to the indicated Location.
  • Setup and Configuration: our Technician will handle the complete setup of the audio system, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Technical and Musical Support throughout the Event: you’ll have the peace of mind knowing that our Technician is available to provide technical support and musical assistance, addressing any needs or requirements during your Event, guaranteeing impeccable sound flow.
    • Your soundtrack: To ensure seamless and uninterrupted playback, we download your Playlists onto our professional devices, so the atmosphere you desire never fades.
  • Dismantling: once your Event concludes, our Technician will take care of the complete dismantling of the audio system.
  • *Pickup: we will handle the pickup of all equipment from your location within three (3) hours after the Event’s end.

For multi-day Events located over 100 Km from our Location, food and accommodation are not included in the price below and are the responsibility of the Client.

*Please note Delivery and Pickup are included in Umbria and Tuscany. For all other locations, an additional cost of € 0.25/Km will be applied (calculated for both the outward and return journeys). Back to Menu

 

3. Payment Methods

The entire rental cost (Single Payment) must be paid at the time of booking and in any case no later than 48 working hours before the date of the Event.

We offer three main packages for our Audio service:

What does the "Audio Service" package generally include?

Eacho Audio service package offers a complete, high-quality, “turnkey” solution. This includes professional audio equipment (and lighting in the Light essential package) selected and configured by our Audio Technician. Additionally, it provides a full range of services such as delivery, installation, technical and musical support throughout your Event, dismantling, and equipment pickup.

What kind of services does the audio technician provide during my Event?

Our Audio technician offers comprehensive support, which includes:

  • Delivery: the equipment is brought three (3) hours before the start of the Event.
  • nstallation and configuration: our Technician handles the complete setup of the audio (and lighting) system.
  • Technical and musical support: continuous assistance throughout the entire Event, including managing your playlists on our professional devices.
  • Dismantling and collection: once the Event is over, the technician takes care of dismantling and collecting all the equipment within two (2) hours afterward.
Is the site inspection included in all packages?

The preliminary on-site visit to the venue to assess the space and acoustics is a personalized service and is exclusively included with the Audio custom package.

Are there additional costs for delivery and pickup?

Delivery and pickup are included for events in Umbria and Tuscany. For all other locations, an additional cost of € 0.25/Km will be applied (calculated for both the outward and return journeys).

Regarding the technician's food and accommodation for multi-day Events?

For multi-day Events more than 100 km away from our headquarters, the cost of the technician’s food and accommodation is not included in the price and will be the client’s responsibility.

How can I book an "Audio service" package?

What payment methods are accepted?

The full rental cost must be paid at the time of booking, and no later than 48 business hours before the event date. We accept payments via Bank Transfer and all major Credit or Debit Cards.
