4. Payment Options
We offer various payment options to make renting the BeamZ MHL36 – Professional RGBW LED moving head as simple and convenient as possible. Choose between Single Payment or Deposit and Balance, depending on your preferences.
Single Payment
Pay the entire rental amount in a single transaction, ensuring a quick and hassle-free booking by selecting one of the following options: Daily Rental, Weekend Rental, Weekly Rental.
Deposit and Balance
Book your rental with a convenient deposit and pay the remaining amount within 48 business hours before the Event. This option offers you flexibility and allows you to plan your budget easily. Back to Menu
5. Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
Make your payment via bank transfer, a secure and traceable method. Bank details will be provided during the booking process.
Credit or Debit Card
We accept major credit and debit cards for fast and secure online payments. Your transaction is protected by the highest security standards.
Cash Payment
For rentals up to € 250.00, we offer the option to pay in cash within 48 business hours before the Event date at our location or at the time of the inspection, simultaneously with the payment of the security deposit. This option is ideal for those who prefer direct payment. Back to Menu
6. **Security Deposit
The Security Deposit must be paid separately from the Rental order. To ensure proper management of the Deposit, it is necessary to place two (2) separate online orders:
- Rental Order: Select the desired rental option (daily, weekend, weekly) and proceed with the order.
- Security Deposit Order: Add the “Security Deposit” product corresponding to the chosen rental option to the cart and complete the order.
The Security Deposit will be returned to the Customer within 5 business days from the end of the rental period, after verifying the condition of the equipment. In case of damage to the equipment or missing parts, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. Any exceeding costs will be invoiced separately to the Customer.
